We were excited for this trip. It had been a long year. First, the prop mgmt folks communicated effectively. We took our dog. While the room and condo resort is pet friendly, the pool, beach and boardwalk are not. That should've been communicated. We took our dog to the pool all week and suddenly, Saturday, they advised dogs weren't allowed. Apparantely, the rooftop pool area is a seperate entity from the overall condo resort.
The room needed to be freshened up. Touch up paint, fix the drywall gashes. The kitchen ammenities are slim, especially for a 10 night booking. We had to buy a room freshener.
Finally, my mother had a stroke on Christmas Eve, so we needed to leave two nights early as we didn't know what was going to happen. The prop mgmt folks replied that they'd ask the owner and/or supervisors if they'd refund us for a night or two since it was a serious family emergency. After a week now, no word from them. Super disappointed.
