This spacious, family-friendly home features modern interiors, a fully equipped kitchen, and a large private outdoor area with a heated pool. It’s the perfect escape for families, groups, or business travelers seeking a relaxing stay just minutes from the beach and downtown Hollywood.

The cozy living area includes a large couch, smart TV, and open layout that connects to the dining area and kitchen. Ideal for relaxing or entertaining.

To ensure a smooth check-in and meet HOA requirements, all guests must sign a short liability agreement at least 24 hours before check-in. This is mandatory — check-in instructions will only be provided once the agreement is completed.

Beautiful place!!

We had a wonderful stay! The host was very accommodating, easy to communicate with, and generous throughout our visit. The pool was beautiful – perfect for relaxing – and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook and enjoy our meals. They also provided plenty of towels, which was so convenient. Overall, it was a comfortable and seamless experience. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway!
