Blocks from Las Olas!! On the water!!! Recently remodeled including fresh paint, all new furniture, bedding, luxury linens and more. Everything is brand new. The space offers an a modern feel and provides an authentic Fort Lauderdale experience. The apartment was built in the 70's and features a swimming pool, riverfront views and a private parking spot The apartment has a fully furnished kitchen with granite counters, full size refrigerator, microwave, 4 burner stove, coffee maker and more to prepare a nice meal after a day at Fort Lauderdale Beach. We provide all linens, sheets, towels, etc. The apartment is furnished with two flat screen television with cable and internet free of charge of course. We provide all linens, sheets, towels, etc.. If you have a boat, we do have Private boat ramp that you can use.
It will be charging $1.00 per foot per day plus tax. No boats with double hulls as this waterway is narrow. Suggested sticking with boats around 36ft.

My unit is near the airport. Pier 66 Marina and Port Everglades are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Las Olas Beach and Hollywood Beach. Looking to enjoy an event or a game while in town? See what's happening at Gulfstream Park Racing and Casino or BB&T Center. Guests appreciate the property's location for the sightseeing.

Excellent location and property

This property was an excellent choice to stay for a night in Fort Lauderdale. The location was perfect being walking distance of restaurants, shops and nightlife. We were very pleased with the cleanliness of the place although there definitely was some wear and tear but I would not say it hindered our experience. The parking was easy and so were the checkin instructions. We are looking forward to staying at this property again in the near future ! Thanks for having us
