We would probably come back.

The house was as advertised but could have some updates like a full size couch and replace a couple of ceiling fans. All and all it was a great place to stay for the week.

Spring Break

We really enjoyed this place. We took 2 teenage girls on spring break and the location was perfect! Very close to Pompano Beach, lots of great activities and dining options near by. We really enjoyed the downtime at the house hanging out in the pool and fishing off the boardwalk. It is really a nice quiet neighborhood, yet so close to everything. The house is older, but is super clean and comfortable. Hosts answered questions quickly and leave you a nice bottle of wine on arrival (nice touch)! Kitchen has all of your basics, including coffee for the week, and a nice Weber grill out by the pool. This place is a solid find - book it!

Disappointed

The house is decent and pretty much as described. We had a major issue that may not sound like a lot, but if sleeping is important, read on. Before booking, I contacted the property manager about the squeaky beds in bedroom 3. (There is no bedroom 4). He assured me the problem had been fixed. The squeaking is crazy loud every time someone moves, so much so that you will wake the person in the next bed. I sent another message after night one. Response from property manager was he would look into it right away. I won’t bore you with the details but after several messages, he said the mattresses were just that way and he was sorry we were disappointed. The other issue was lounge chairs. There were 4 and one was broken. There were 5 of us who liked to hang by the pool so two always had to sit in a regular chair. Anyway, it didn’t ruin our trip, life’s too short, but yes, it could have been much better.

Great house great time!

The house was super clean and fully stocked. The owners were very responsive and helpful. The pool was amazing and this was a nice quiet neighborhood. We loved the extra touches like coffee and the beach chairs and fishing poles. We can't wait to return!

Great backyard!

Pros and cons of staying at this property. The backyard is great! Right on the water and has a great pool. The owners were very responsive, helpful and quick. The photos are pretty accurate. The decor is very dated, and the house needs some updates, but the house is large and the bathrooms are new and updated. The 3rd bedroom was the biggest issue we had. The beds make an insane amount of noise when you sit or lay on them. We had to put the mattress on the floor the first night and then we ended up switching rooms with our daughter the 2nd night. *bring your own linens
