Fantastic 2nd floor 1BR/1BTH condo in an 8-unit complex. Just 1/2 block from Pompano Beach. Sleeps 4 comfortably. Tiled floors throughout. Fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Brand new LR furniture, including a sleeper sofa. LR is equipped with large flat screen TV. Full bath with tub/shower. Cable and internet service provided. Non-smoking unit. Free parking. Coin operated laundry room on premise.

Great Place to Stay!!
This is a one bedroom - completely modernized - very nice furniture in the living and bedroom. Granite counters in the kitchen and bathroom, and a great location.... 3 min walk from the beach.... Half a block to A1A (Ocean Drive), and another half block to the beach, down NE 10th Street..... I was VERY happy here. Unit comes completely outfitted with full kitchen, TV, Wifi, etc.....

Noisy
This property is just 2 blocks from the pompano air park. Small, noisy planes taking off fly almost directly over the bldg every 15 min on average. A/C units situated behind the bldg are also noisy. Walls are thin. Could hear neighbors phone conversations and tvs. Bed was comfortable. Power went out 2x. Once for a short time. Another for a few hours because the construction people working on the bldg next door cut the lines. Other than that its an ok place.

Everything you could ask for!
Had a wonderful time at this property just down the street from the beach. Everything you need is there including beach chairs and umbrellas. Check in was a breeze and Guiseppe responded quickly to any of my questions. I will definitely be returning!
