The exterior boasts a large heated pool, outdoor dining spaces, BBQ grill and an outdoor shower.

A friendly local property manager is available 24/7 for any guest requests. However, we like to provide as much privacy as possible to our guests.

For longer trips, the Brightline train station is just a short drive away, offering fast and comfortable service to destinations like Miami, West Palm Beach, and Orlando. Additionally, local shuttles run regularly between downtown Fort Lauderdale and the beach at very reasonable rates, making it easy to enjoy the sun and sand without the hassle of parking.

Upon completion of booking, all renters will be required to complete and sign a rental agreement provided by the host. Please provide your email address to the host, so we can email you the agreement.

POOL HEAT: If you would like the pool heat turned on for your stay, please let us know at least 48 hours prior to your arrival (if applicable). Please note there is a $30 DAILY FEE for pool heat. We can set the pool heater up to a maximum of 85 degrees depending on ambient temperature. The pool heater works optimally in ambient temperatures of 65 degrees or warmer and if the ambient temperature drops below 65 degrees, please understand the pool heater may not be able to keep up with the cooler temperatures and it may take longer to heat up the pool and there will be no refund in this case as the ambient temperature is out of our control. Please let us know if you have any questions regarding the pool heat.

All child/baby gear listed must be pre-requested and we will help coordinate the rental of the items with a local, reputable baby gear rental company we have partnered with to make this as convenient as possible for our guests. Rental fees apply.

Early check-ins/Late checkouts: Please contact the host to inquire about early check ins or late checkouts. Be aware a $25/hr fee may apply for any extensions.
