Fantastic!

We had an excellent experience staying at the Marbella. René was prompt and friendly in his communication from stem to stern, the website was easy to navigate and the rental itself was great. Checkout was a breeze, which was extremely appreciated given our very early flight. We will definitely use iTrip again in the future for our trips to visit family.

Trip to Fort Lauderdale

House is brand new with a spacious parking space , master bedroom with a master bath is amazing, two other bedrooms that share a bathroom, large kitchen with large living space, everything inside from furniture to appliances are new and up to date , different choices of coffee brewing, backyard is perfect with a big outside table, barbecue, pool and a very nice pool house set up like a play room for kids but can be used as a bedroom. Neighborhood is safe , clean and quiet, this house meets and exceeds every expectation for a relaxing holiday, close ride to the beach.

A quiet convenient place

The property was very clean and well maintained. The neighborhood was very quiet and easy to navigate to different areas of the Fort Lauderdale area. We had a few minor issues that the host was quick to respond to and address. The layout of the house is great also. Beds are definitely on the firm side, which I loved but not my spouse. The master bed is even adjustable. The only downfall I would mention is the game room is not much of a game room. It is the pool house, which is fine, but there is nothing in there other than a magnetic dart board...no tv, no gaming system, etc. The other games in there are all for outdoors. I only ever book homes with some sort of gaming area in case of bad weather and my 4 kids are stuck inside. Thankfully, we have family who lives in the area so we ended up spending most of our time at their house and it didnt become an issue. But if that isnt a concern for you, then I would say this is a great place to stay!

Not clean and disgustjng

Checking with fairly easy although I had to ask the property manager for the check in process multiple times. Manager takes between 30 min to 8 hours to respond. After checkin we immediately saw that there was visible dirt on the floor and dirty dishes in the dish washer. This was the first indication that it was not throughly clean as they indicated on their description. We notified the manager. Later that night my kids and wife noticed that there was urine on the floor in front of the commode, hair all in the shower and curly hair that looked like pubic hair in early all corners of the house especially the bedrooms. Hairs were noted over all bed sheets. My wife noticed that our feet were so dirty they were literally black simply by walking on the floors. At this point we were disgusted and requested that we be refunded our money so we could find somewhere else to stay. Their solution was to have us leave the property so they could properly clean. They indicated that it would take an hour. This is probably why it was so dirty to begin with. How can a 1200 sqft house be cleaned in 1 hour. We were so disgusted that we asked for a refund because we weren’t staying one more second. He refused and said a he could send a crew. I again declined asking for a refund. They refused to help.
