My family had a terrible experience at this property. The listing was extremely misleading and falsely advertised. We were charged 500 extra for a heated pool which was broken during our entire stay. We paid for a 4 bedroom house, however, only 3 bedrooms were functional since one bedroom had a broken bed frame which wasn't repaired during our stay. The fire pit was broken. The barbecue area & grill was filthy & extremely unsanitary. The propane tanks were empty. The screen doors were ripped. The laundry dryer was broken. Plus we had several other issues which we reported during our stay. We reached out several times to the owner & Management co & Vrbo but nothing was fixed during our stay. We received an insulting reimbursement for a terrible property. We did appreciate Vrbo Support for following up with us after our stay. Overall, our experience was terrible and frustrating.
