Great price located near downtown

Location was in a safe neighborhood within walking distance of downtown attractions. Very good price and rooms were as described, and worked perfectly for what we needed for 1 night. It is an apartment, so there are close neighbors, but we didn't have any problems. Would stay again if I'm in the area.

Terrible communication from the property management

Their refund policy is absolutely ridiculous and their ability to communicate in regards to making an exception when there is an emergency when a person has to cancel their reservation. I tried communicating with them and they would not respond through the Vrbo app.. I asked them to make an exception for a refund, and they were very poor about communicating back to me with an answer
