You are renting the front unit of a single-level duplex. "There is a private entrance to both properties with separate keys and it is not a shared room in a home." There is a back unit for rent as well with a private entrance and separate parking, but the front pathway is shared. Access to the backyard and garage is off-limits. At times, the other guests may pass through the front pathway during your stay.
Please no parties or unauthorized guests allowed at any time. The maximum occupancy of the front unit is 4 guests. There is no smoking of any kind inside the home. Please no redecorating or moving furniture. Please respect the neighbors and monitor your noise levels at all times. The City of Ft. Lauderdale has a citywide policy of quiet hours 10pm - 7am in residential areas. Pets are not allowed in this rental unit. Please help keep the home clean and remove your shoes upon entering the home.
