Clean but bathrooms could be updated and some type of ventilations is needed. Shared backyard and pool so not totally private but overall very nice stay. Elliot is a wonderful host. Great location, 10-12 minutes to the beach.

Need new towels and clean sheets. Window in one of the room installed incorrectly. Had to put towels to stop the mosquitos from coming in.

This is a great location, short walk to the beach and the neighborhood was quiet. The property needs attention. The screen door doesn’t properly close, the walls need to be painted and a pit in the middle of the tub needs to be fixed to name a few specific items that need to be addressed. The attached porch’s floor was very dirty. The owner shared that the cleaners only do surfaces, linens and get the property ready for the next guest… Clearly there is limited upkeep, and the cleaning fee is exorbitant. Communication from the owner was excellent, reminding us to not leave a mess so the property can be quickly turned. This is an okay property, the location is excellent but the place is worn.
