Overview
This bright and colorful 3 bedroom/2 bath casita is located in quiet, small community of just 7 units and beautiful foliage and greenery. It's cheery and welcoming interior invites you to begin your South Florida vacation in style! The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and plenty of cabinets. Enjoy fast WiFi and Sling streaming service. All 3 bedrooms have Smart TVs. A large park is just across the street. The award-winning beach is just one mile away.

At Casita Soleil, you'll enter through the front door Smart lock and step immediately into the living room. This space offers comfortable furnishings with lovely greenery and decor. Your group will surely make new memories here as you talk about the day's events and plan future adventures.

The deluxe ultra-modern kitchen offers stainless steel appliances, a tiled backsplash and an abundance of cupboard space for all your goodies. There's also plenty of food prep area for the family chef to create everyone's favorite meals and snacks.

Enjoy them all together at the sleek, eat-in dining table for four.

All 3 bedrooms offer Smart TVs, as well as brand new, premium quality mattresses and convenient closets. The master bedroom offers a queen, with an ensuite bath. Here, you'll enjoy an oversized walk-in shower and access to the stack washer/dryer.

The second bedroom has a king bed with dual nightstands and a writing desk, the perfect spot for a few moments alone with a good book or mobile device. The last bedroom has a double bed and dual nightstands. Both of these bedrooms also have double closets and share the hall bath with a tub/shower.

Just across the street is a local park. Here, you'll find a spacious pavilion, a walking trail winding around the perimeter and exercise stations. Maybe you'll even meet some new friends here!

The ArtsPark at Young Circle is a 10-acre park, featuring an amphitheater, playground, and arts pavilion. For an exciting evening out, try the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino and see if Lady Luck smiles on you!

Some of our favorite restaurants in Hollywood are Drastix on Tyler St. for healthy Asian fare, CLASS Soiree Steakhouse on N. 20th Ave. for traditional steak and seafood, Auraw on N. 30th Rd. for vegan options, and Sardelli's on Van Buren St. for classic Italian.

In Hollywood, you'll yourself conveniently located halfway between Miami and Fort Lauderdale with easy access to both exciting cities. Either airport is equally distant.

This property is dog-friendly with an additional fee of $100, per pet, for stays less than 30 days. While staying with us, you are responsible for the actions of your pet. Please keep your dog(s) off the furniture and pick up all waste. All waste should be bagged and disposed of in the outside trash bin. Failure to comply with our Pet Policy will result in an additional $100 fee. Please let us know if you will be bringing your dog (only dogs are permitted, sorry).

The minimum rental age is 25. A picture ID must be provided to the company no less than 72 hours before arrival.
An accurate guest count must be provided
No parties or events. If unauthorized persons are discovered on the premises, guests will be subject to additional fees and/or immediate eviction
Quiet time is from 10pm - 8am
No smoking or vaping. If evidence is discovered of either smoking or vaping, the guest will be subject to a fine of up to $1,000
Commercial vehicles may be approved by management. Please inquire if you would like to bring your commercial vehicle.
The property must be locked and secured when guests are not in it.
Mail:

Guests may not receive mail at this location or at our office. Any mail received will be RETURNED TO SENDER. We cannot accept responsibility for helping you to recover any lost mail or packages.

Cleanliness:

This property is not corporate-owned. It belongs to an individual, just like you. Please treat this home with the respect and courtesy it deserves and leave it in the same excellent condition as you found it.

We welcome quiet couples and families in all of our rentals. Please note that no parties of any size, events, or conferences are permitted in this property. If we discover that guests have violated this rule, we reserve the right to immediately evict all persons on the property and/or assess a fine.

If the property is left exceptionally dirty, such as perishable foods left in the kitchen, dirty dishes in the sink, furniture rearranged, or trash not taken out, we may assess an additional fee of up to $500.

Late Checkout:

Please note that check-out time is promptly at 10am. This is so that our housekeeping staff may prepare the property for the next guest. If you need additional time, contact us immediately and we'll try to accommodate you, though this cannot be guaranteed.

If you fail to check out by 10am, you will be charged half of the nightly rate for the property. Failure to vacate the property at the agreed-upon check-out time is considered trespassing.

Same-Day Bookings:

Same-day bookings with no past reviews are subject to additional scrutiny and require approval from the company. We will ask you to provide information on your group and the purpose of your stay.

If your stay is approved, we require a government-issued ID for identity verification. Your phone number must match the phone number on your account or we will not be able to honor your reservation.

Same-day reservations will not be accepted after 2:00pm. All same-day reservations require at least 3 hours before check-in. We may have to extend check-in time to later than 4:00pm.

Internet/Cable:

The company is not responsible for outages by Internet and Cable companies. While we regret the interruption and inconvenience, we have no control over internet or cable issues.

The same way these providers do not reimburse us for their equipment failures or outages, we cannot accept accountability or offer refunds or reimbursements to guests.

Copyright Infringement:

Absolutely no illegal downloads. We will charge $50 if discovered.

Pool:

If the property has a private pool, please understand that we service all of our pools weekly. Due to our tropical surroundings and lush vegetation, it is not unexpected that debris will all into the pool. Though it may give the appearance otherwise, the pool is still clean.

Our technicians maintain the pools with the correct balance of chemicals on a weekly basis. We are unable to send them out to properties to sweep up daily debris. Pool skimmers are available at each property for guests' convenience.

If your private pool is exceptionally dirty or you find items other than vegetation in it, please contact us and we will remediate the situation.

If you are in a property with a shared pool, such as a condominium, please be advised that most condominium communities have their own pool cleaning schedules that we have no influence over. If you experience a problem other than normal daily debris, please let us know and we will make inquiries on your behalf.

Privacy:

This property is equipped with security cameras on the outside of the property. These cameras are using during the check-in process to verify identity and guest count. If there is an incident, we will review the footage. There are no cameras inside any property.

This property is also equipped with NoiseAware. Simply put, NoiseAware is like a smoke detector for noise. Sensors track the decibel levels at your property and evaluate other risk factors. If we find noise level exceeds a certain threshold, you will receive a text message or email requesting that you reduce the noise level.

Starter Supplies

We provide enough trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, and other home items for about 3 days of use. Beyond that, it is the responsibility of the guest to replenish these items. ​​​​​​​

Great pictures, disappointing property

I was very disappointed with this property. Before I even arrived, the host company had me jumping through several hoops to even get the check in information. I had to go through a verification which involved me sending a picture with me holding my id. I sent it to two different phone numbers without success before they just finally requested it by email which is what I originally asked if I could do. Then upon checking in the unit smelled damp, the scent would come and go depending on how well the air conditioner was working. The master bedroom air conditioner was on but not cooling from the very first day. I messaged the host and their recommendation was to flip the circuit breaker, which didn’t help at all so we had to sleep in the heat. The sink in the front bathroom became clogged however there was no way to release the plug. The last disappointment was the washer/dryer in the unit. The dryer was missing all 3 of the prongs inside that assist the clothes with separation and drying properly. Not one but all three were gone, therefore our clothes never dried no matter how long and how many cycles we left them in the dryer for. Very frustrating with 3 little children.
