Nice place to stay

We stayed here for ten days and had a great time. The neighborhood was cute with lots of dog walking experiences, and the back yard was wonderful. The property manager was prompt in returning emails and calls with any issues we had.

Great week

The villa was perfect for our weak staff with my husband and dog. The villa was clean and quiet and the neighborhood was nice to take evening walks. Our dog loved the large backyard to run around in, and the couch pulled out to a giant bed for movie nights in. The owner was very accommodating and easy to work with, would stay again!

Nice location!

We enjoyed our stay at peacock villa. Managers were easy to work with and had excellent communication during the whole process. I’m a big fan of good ac and a hot shower and was glad both worked excellent! The location was great for exploring southern Florida and it was a very quiet neighborhood! Would definitely stay again while visiting!

Nice Yard, friendly neighbors

We enjoyed our stay at the cottage. The yard was handy having a small dog along. Everything was tidy. Would have liked to have been told about the ongoing road construction throughout the neighborhood. Management was quick to help out. Beautiful plants in yard! We are grateful for this place!

Needs improvement

I am a previous VRBO host. I was disappointed with this property. Ceilings were dirty, baseboards were dirty, it needs folding doors for the closets not curtains. There really is no King size bed. They are twin foam mattresses that they put together and are in terrible condition. The paint on the bathroom walls is flaking off. The lighting is not good in the kitchen and living room. The entrance to the property is not clean. We would have left if we didn’t pay so much.

Almost perfect

The unit was very nice. Loved the fenced in back yard for the dog 🐕. Kitchen was nice and well equipped. Bathroom was updated and clean. Location was close to everything and still private. The only negatives are that there is no cable TV for down time even tho there is a cable box and instructions in the welcoming booklet on how to use it. There is wifi. I couldn't sleep on the slabs of memory foam they use for beds. All in all we had a wonderful time and a perfect Christmas. Management always answered the phone when there were any questions even on Christmas eve.

Efficient Space & Quiet Neighborhood

Overall, the Peacock Villa is a clean, efficient, and practical property. The kitchen is well stocked With dishes and tools. There is only seating for three in the living room. I booked this property based on the The outdoor space (over other similar) but it is in need of an overhaul cleaning and chairs need to be replaced. The Adirondack chairs in the photo are old faded plastic. We did not sit outdoors, even though the weather was beautiful. The TV only streams Netflix and YouTube. The check-in process was cumbersome requiring a hefty security deposit, which I did not see in the listing, then photos of ID’s then of me with my credit card used for booking. Weird.

Amazing Place

peaceful and quiet stay

Our stay was quiet and peaceful. We had everything we needed and the house was clean. The backyard added a nice space to hangout and just relax. The beautiful peacocks walking around and showing off their gorgeous feathers was a real treat. We would definitely stay their again.
