Das Hotel an sich ist schön, die renovierten Zimmer sehen gut aus und sind sauber. Leider hatten wir im Zimmer nebenan, Menschen die bis spät in die Nacht laut Musik gehört haben und um 4 Uhr Früh dann den Fernseher sehr laut an hatten. Schlafen war kaum bis gar nicht möglich. Personal nicht vorhanden oder kümmert sich nicht. Ich würde das Hotel nicht nochmal buchen.

Very surprising
The hotel was very nice & smelled so good came with a kitchenette 2 queen sized beds the owner was on it anything we needed he made sure it got done very nice pool also

While the property itself is very nice, and the room was very clean, it did not suit our purposes. My wife uses a wheelchair and/or scooter to get around, both indoors and out. There is a large step up from the parking area into the Deauville. While the door to our room (#111) was barely wide enough to accommodate my wife's wheelchair, the bathroom door was most decidedly not. She could not get in or out with either her wheelchair or walker. So in other words, the Deauville is a perfectly fine place to stay if you are able-bodied, but it is largely inaccessible and inappropriate for those who are not.

Wir hatten zwei schöne Tage in Fort Lauderdale. Die Unterkunft war perfekt. Super nah am Strand. Auch die Möglichkeit, Stühle und Sonnenschirm auszuleihen, ist eine tolle Idee. Die Zimmer sind schön modern eingerichtet. Der Kontakt per Mail zur Rezeption hat einwandfrei und schnell geklappt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Das Hotel wirkt von außen wie ein Motel, überrascht aber innen mit moderner,heller Einrichtung. Das Apartment ist für eine 4köpfige Familie ausreichend, wäre für 4 Erwachsene etwas klein. Eventuell wäre ein 2.Spiegel außerhalb des Badezimmer nicht schlecht- besonders bei 3 Damen 😉 Die Lage ist wirklich top, der Strand von Fort Lauderdale nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß und wirklich angenehm ruhig. Geschäfte,Lokale in Gehnähe- das ist auch besser, da sonst überall Kurzparkzone. Parkplatz vor dem Haus ist perfekt. Der Pool ist ebenfalls sauber und angenehm, die Liegen haben wir nicht genutzt, dafür ist der Pool doch etwas einsichtig von der Straße. Der Vermieter ist extrem bemüht und nett. Wir würden das Hotel für einen Urlaub nahe Miami definitiv wieder buchen.

Great property ! Updated rooms ! Close to pool and walking distance to beach!! It’s located central to shops and convenience stores ! I will be back ! The rooms are a little bit smaller but who wants to spend time in the room when you are so close to the beach !!
