Newly renovated Townhouse with 2 large bedrooms (3 beds + 1 Sofa bed) that can sleep 8. Very cozy end unit with nice private patio with furniture to relax. New kitchen and appliances, TV and free Wi-Fi. Free 2 space parking. 15 mins from FLL airport and Sawgrass mall, 1 minute from Nova University, Broward College, Florida Atlantic University etc. Minutes to I 95, Turnpike, I 75.Lots of restaurants close by. Bergeron Rodeo Grounds 2 mins away. All amenities to accommodate a family of 8. Flat screen TV in each room with Free Wi-Fi.

NOVA Southeastern Graduation
The property was perfectly located for my daughters graduation from NSU. The neighborhood was a little run down and the proximity to the airport made it so that you could hear the planes fly overhead. If you’re a light sleeper that would be the only drawback. Place was so clean and smelled really good!

Overall, the impression of the property was good. The location was exactly as described. The parking was great, although a bit confusing as it was not specified exactly where to park. The entrance to the property was secure. Cleanliness could've been better. Trash was found under the beds and dirty dishes in the dishwasher. The beds were very comfortable, and the AC was cold. The townhouse was spacious and neatly decorated. We had a pleasant experience.

Reasonable for the price
Unfortunately the property was very dirty with a tremendous amount of mold. The bathroom tub was utterly disgusting and filthy with a non-working exhaust falling out of the ceiling. Bedrooms have completely sheer curtains with no blinds. Suitable for our needs for one night, but would highly avoid for a longer stay. Neighborhood also looks very sketchy.

Property ID 3357458 - Townhouse
This place was clean and welcoming. Two beds and two baths, plus a very nice patio. The kitchen was very well stocked with all the dishes, utensils and pots and pans one would need to cook there. Nice appliances too! There were also some coffee pods for our use as well as waters and sodas. Narrain (contact for property) was great to work with. He provided me with the code to get in exactly when he said he would. I contacted him to let him know I might have an additional person (we reserved for four) and he said "No problem, it sleeps eight". He was just so great to work with. If I have a need to go back there. I would gladly rent this place again.

Inside very nice, outside was misleading and not great
The inside of the house was very clean and nice, but the outside was a little sketchy- the area was not good and the trash can was overflowing with trash and it smelled. the beds were nice and everything else was very good.
