ALL OVERNIGHT GUESTS MUST BE REGISTERED.

Only the person that booked is allowed to check in.

Only registered guests may have possession of the passcode.

All guests are liable for any and all damage {to the building common areas,} including legal fees.

Illegal drugs are not permitted on my property.

Smoking cannabis is not permitted on the premises.

Smoking of any kind is not permitted in my home and around 50 feet’s around home– guests will be charged a $250 fine plus the cost to remove smoke from the house.

A fee of $300 will collected in case of hack, disconnection or manipulation of any security device, phone or communication device.

Guests must treat my home with respect. Guests should keep the place as clean as possible and not leave an excessive mess or garbage lying around.

Smelly garbage must be disposed of in the garbage bins outside before the smell fills my home.

Quiet hours are in effect from 11 pm to 7a.m.

There is a city ordinance that any sound shall not be plainly audible for a period of one (1) minute or longer at twenty-five (25) feet or more when measured from the source property line between the hours of 11:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. daily and at a distance of fifty (50) feet or more when measured from the source property line between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m. daily.

Please do not do not throw diapers or feminine pads in the toilet.

If you have a complain we are authorized to enter in the property to fix the issue a fast as possible.

Any house rules violation is grounds for immediate termination of the guest’s reservation. Therefor you shall be considered trespassing, immediately you should vacate the property without refund.

You agree to all Terms and Service on your channel reservation and should have a valid working phone number. If you do not have a working phone number and we attempt to contact you before your reservation we can remove the reservation without refund for a violation of channel partner policy.
