"We love staying at this hotel, the room was big and the balcony view was amazing. The staff was friendly and professional, they help us check in ahead of time, offer coffee and hot chocolate for the kids, arrange our shuttle to the airport, etc they help in every way. The location is perfect with a lot of restaurants and walking distance to many iconic places. We will definitely stay at this hotel again. "

"The host communicated wonderfully from the time I booked until I checked out. The property was perfect for our needs and located in a beautiful part of town. The interior was spacious, and the patio was especially lovely—unfortunately, it was too cold for us to fully enjoy it. The home was very clean and well equipped with thoughtful extras that made our stay even more enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again."

"Comfortable property but not appropriate location as it was noisy all night as it was facing a Main Street and vehicles moving all night. Lots of bars and restaurants in the area so that was convenient but that added to the noise. "

"Property was beautiful, wish it was in a better area , the surrounding area is not great. Beautiful view only wish there was privacy tint . Wasnt able to sleep with curtains drawn.kitchen was amazing only if there was more cooking supplies like such a beautiful kitchen but no bakeware. With such expensive appliances need cook ware and bakeware . I was able tobrellllĺak the oven in making bagels and sour dough loaf. Also needs more garbage cans a brrom and dusty pan "

"We were told the day of our arrival that we were being moved to another property 40 blocks farther from the city. What choice did we have at this point? The alternate accommodations did not have a comfortable seating area for the 4 of us (one of the reasons for our original property choice) and was not as convenient for our preferred transportation options, and it was very different from the photos of the original reservation property. The whole experience felt like a bait & switch. We asked for...
