「Such a lovely, quiet, relaxing atmosphere. Pool area was lovely, loads of sunbeds. All the staff super friendly and helpful, lovely room - comfy bed and pillows. Great breakfast, lunches at the pool bar, and amazing food in the resteraunt. Had the best stay」

「Très bel établissement. Service très bon de la part d'une partie des membres de l'équipe. D'autres sont moins serviables. Gros point négatif qui n'est mentionné nulle part: les chambres avec terasses sont TOUTES communiquantes. Nous avons changé de chambre durant le séjour grâce au personnel attention mais le problème persiste. 」

「Having stayed at a different Barcelo this one was below par. Complained about tv signal on night 1 and nothing done to rectify for 25 hours, even then it didn't work again the entire time. Complained a 2nd time and still nothing done. Staff were not very helpful. Air-conditioning not working in gym. Disappointed in this compared to our previous stay in lanzarote which was outstanding」

「A special thank you to the great staff at Starbal villa, they have all been very helpful in eg booking a taxi, making us feel welcome from arrival 7h before check-in. You can order an omelette or/and a crepe for breakfast and get it hot from the kitchen made after your preferences.」

「Perfect location for Es Castell, short walk to the port but also very close for the bus to Mahon. Room was basic but all you need. My only comments would be in regard to check-in - details are sent by email so you need roaming/wifi to access, and (may just be my settings) was VERY small to read - could be complicated for those expecting a reception etc. Link for tourist tax payment did not work but staff were around and able to support on check out.」

「Beautiful hotel made even better because of the staff. Sarah was just so lovely and Fani's homemade baking items at breakfast were totally outstanding. Lovely room, great plunge pool on the top floor and great amenities to go with that. The air conditioning was also great - thank goodness. Sometimes you have such a good experience with people that it makes your holiday. The staff did that for us. We will be back.」

「We were unsure whether to choose this hotel, but were pleasantly suprised and pleased we did. The staff were all fab and clearly well trained. Antonia is such a credit to the business as are Sylvia, Diego and Gemma, all whom were very professional and welcoming.
