“Amazing experience! I'm a beach bum so I mostly stayed on the beach which was beautiful. The experience was definitely great and my hotel room was amazing as well. ”

“The property was not prepared for guests. An event was taking place at check-in. I was welcomed to a wedding reception and very loud music. The route to the property was very dangerous - the roads are horrible for driving. The rooms need to be renovated and updated with beds, appliances, and doors. No privacy - while I was contemplating moving to another property two people walked in my room. I don't suggest the Bay House as an option for your stay”

“I genuinely enjoyed my 7 nights at Hillview Apartments. It is perfectly located to the places I needed to get to. The ladies were very helpful and assisted me with booking my Island Tour and Dinner at Dexters! The icing on the cake was definitely returning to my room the night of April 5 (my Birthday) to find a complimentary massage token on my bed! That intimate element definitely spoke volumes! I will definitely be back to the Spice Isle and I would definitely stay at Hillview again.🙏”

“Room needs some work bed was shaking the closet and bathroom door couldn't close properly. There was no space for fiolded clothes just some hangers. And to note also if AC needs to be turned off when not in room it should be mention on the website. Bed also was poorley constructed..”

“The gardens and pools are beautiful and the beach is very nice with a wonderful view. The staff is quite nice. Before booking. I read reviews stating that the hotel was in dire need of updating. The room was quite comfortable. Simply painting the walls and painting the furniture, and adding a picture or two, would make a huge difference in appearance. That being said, the room and bed were quite comfortable. The location is great and all of the meals we had at the Radisson were tasty and……

“The hotel had a great location literally on the Grand Anse Beach, across the road from a mall, supermarket and KFC. However I booked double beds and got one king size. The food was average and the room dated. There was also no charging port for 2 pronged chargers. I had a good massage. It was my 40th birthday and while I got a cake it was a goof thing I walked with my own candles. ”

“We loved our stay at Laluna. The only thing I would say is, we chose this particular resort in part because each room had a private plunge pool. We unfortunately only used ours once, and because we felt that we should. It's located in the front of your room, right along the walking path that others take. We wished it were more private and inviting. The food at the restaurant on the property was really good, and I can't recommend the spa again. We ended up going back a second time for another……

“Our room was cleaned daily by a committed housekeeping staff. Lorene & Ingrid were exceptional, warm and friendly. They were limited by the lack of resources. Gem is conveniently located on a beach, however the rooms are showing their age and it is clear that management has not invested in updating the room in a very long time. Basic things like a running toilet tank, having to hold the lever to get the toilet to flush, a refrigerator that leaks, all reflect the lack of intention to the small……
