"This property is located in a family and pet friendly neighborhood. Gulf Shores is a short and easy drive away and Dauphin Island is a fun Ferry ride away. The beach is just steps away! The communication from the property managers was fantastic!"

"The property was amazing and as described and as close to the beach as you can possibly want. Unfortunately the property had some sewage issues and we had to be relocated to another property that unfortunately did not have the amenities that we paid for which included being able to take our dogs to the beach as we were embarrassed and threatened with a $500 fine at the new property as we did not know that the property we were relocated to was not pet friendly as we were not made aware of also due to the size of our group we spent most of the day relocating and nothing much was done or concerned shown for our troubles. I truly believe Harris vacations could have done to make our stay a bit more enjoyable due to the unforeseen circumstances f having to be relocated. I will also add that they asked for us not to use the commodes while we were there which was such an inconvenience and almost impossible due to us having kids and being the large group not sure why they would think that would be an option for anyone."
