「The room was comfortable and clean, and service was excellent. My only complaint was breakfast. The meat and eggs didn't look very good, so I had a waffle... BUT, the waffle batter was weird - some kind of whole grain thing, I think. It didn't cook very well, and the consistency seemed under-cooked. I ate it anyway, and got sick later that day. I don't know for sure the waffle made me sick, but I DO know it was undercooked, tasted funny (and there were no knives to cut it with, by the way). If...

「The room was clean and comfortable. When we first got there, no one was at the desk. it took the lady almost 5 minutes to get there and you could tell we were interrupting something. We went back after we ate dinner to ask for an extra pillow to lay under my hand with the broken bone in it. Again we waited 」
