Quick get away

Super cute and comfortable cottage! Very clean and had everything we needed. Close walk to beach, and bars. Would love to stay here again.

Not Central Air Conditioner

We enjoyed our time in Ft Myers and loved the location of the home. Please be aware that you will be staying only on the top floor of the home, and it does not have central air conditioning. There are single units in each of the bedrooms, one in the family room, and a window unit in the front sunroom. The home was too hot when we arrived, but did finally began cooling down around 10:00 PM. We were concerned that the family room unit was not cooling properly and called Sun Palace. They recommended opening the windows, but many of the windows do not open or are painted shut.
