Welcome to Island Vibes, a beautiful four-bedroom home located directly on a canal, offering a private pool, small dock, and a spacious outdoor area perfect for relaxation and fun. The open floor plan with vaulted ceilings allows natural light to flood the home, creating a bright and inviting atmosphere. The fully equipped kitchen is ideal for preparing delicious meals, while family and friends can gather around the large island or in the comfortable living room. Step out onto the screened lanai for additional seating and dining options, blending indoor and outdoor living seamlessly.
On the main level, you'll find three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The primary bedroom features a king bed, an en-suite bathroom, and access to the lanai, while the two guest bedrooms each offer a queen bed. The lower level provides a private retreat for grandparents or a couple with young children, with a full bed, a sleeper sofa, a walk-in shower, and its own fully equipped kitchen. Though there is no interior access to the bathroom on this level, it provides a comfortable and convenient space for extended stays. Trolley service is also available from Estero Boulevard to the Times Square area, the central hub of Fort Myers Beach. Several restaurants, shops, and bars have come back since the hurricane. If a day trip is what you are looking for check out the Key West Express for an unforgettable trip to Key West. Don’t forget to see Sanibel Lighthouse which is less than 15 miles away! Please note that the area is currently rebuilding after Hurricane Ian. Despite the changes, the island continues to get better and better, inviting you to bask in the sun, sand, and amazing sunsets once again.
