FMB Condo

The condo itself was nicely decorated and cozy. No dishwasher. The building was under renovations due to the hurricane but wasn’t much of an inconvenience except the pool was closed. The beach was nice and easily accessible. The worst part is location. Trying to go anywhere crossing the bridge was a nightmare, especially at sundown when everyone is leaving the beach.

Stay in FT Myers January 2024

Condo was nice and updated. Ft Myers is still recovering from hurricane so some reconstruction was ongoing. Despite the on going construction in the area there is still plenty of things.

This code is very old and hasn’t had anything done in long time.

Zero view of the ocean unless you lean out over the balcony. I don’t consider this a one bedroom since the bed is very close to the sofa. I did like the location being close to several good restaurants.

Great Springbreak

Had another great springbreak here! Quiet unit, nice owner to work with, love Santinis little strip mall across street. Far enough away from busy pier end of island.. but yet still close enough to go hangout. 4th time here.. would come again!

Good location, host was very responsive

Great location, private beach, comfortable bed, well-stocked kitchen. Bathtub needs to be updated and a bigger TV would be good, but good stay overall.

Nothing beats the morning sunrise view. Amazing!

Great place and great hosts as well. The view is awesome and waking up to the sunrise was nice as well. The condo have pretty much everything you need for a short or longer stay.

relaxing hideaway

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay in this condo. Well kept, sufficiently stocked for a little cooking, nice balcony overlooking the street side with a peek a boo view of the gulf. the condo has easy keyless entry to the condo and the building itself. The property itself is in a quiet location on Ft. Myers Beach away from the crowds. Very easy to use the trolley to get around, no car needed! Several restaurants across the street with good food and drink. Beach location is close to the property, just a short walk to get up the beach to umbrellas / jet ski rental. Would definitely stay here again. Laundry facilities on site are easy to use, no need to pack excessively. Pool area is nice, clean well kept. Thank you!

Everything thought of

The owners have thought of all the details to make their condo comfortable and convenient for an easy vacation. I loved the wild life preserve in front of the property on the beach. Excellent restaurants near by . Possible to find quiet spots on the beach and property as well as social spots. Thank you for a wonderful stay. Highly recommend a day at Lovers Keys.

Quiet area w/ beach access

The condo was clean and check in process was super easy. Owner was very responsive to our questions as well. The condo itself was clean but a bit dated...furniture was showing wear, bath towels were getting a bit thin, etc. But it was clean and guests were required to wear masks in common areas so there were some COVID protections. As far as location - if you want a quiet area, away from Times Square (where there is more night life & younger crowd) this condo is for you. Times Square is too far to walk from this condo - about 5-6 miles so you have to drive or take the trolley to get there. Property has beach area just adjacent to property - no crossing the street which is great! Also, there is a strip mall across the street w/ a few shops and a nice variety of restaurants. Condo itself does not overlook the ocean but rather the housing and business area across the street with the bay in the distance.

Very nice condo

We have been renting various units at Estero Beach and Tennis for about 6 years. This unit is very nice and even had beach chairs. Highly recommend for a nice get away

Well maintained, very clean. Great to have beach towels, umbrellas, and chairs available in unit. Lots of kitchen utensils, glasses, etc, as well. Overall a very nice place to spend a week or two, on a great beach.

Great vacation!

Love the location, steps away from the beach! Good restaurants within walking distance. Property was just as pictured. Other tenants were very friendly and helpful. We didn’t rent a car since was there just for the week but found everything we needed within walking distance!

Nice condo for the price, but if you have younger kids...read my review

My family stayed at this condo from late Dec - early Jan. The owner was GREAT at responding to messages. The check in process was so fast and easy and very clear. The on site point of contact was also very fast to respond to an issue we had. Condo - The condo was in average condition. The pull out sofa was very nice (hard to get out thought). The TV in the room was small (Maybe 32 in at the best. Where the bed is position, it was hard to see. The mirrors need cleaned. When taking a shower and the room was foggy there is a "message" on the mirror. Proper cleaning should remove that. When we arrived the bath light did not work, but the on site contact fixed within 4 hours of notification. There is a kitchen in the condo but it does not have a stove. One GREAT thing was the items at the condo. They provided beach chairs, pots and pans, beach toys, etc. The location - Decent but during peak times...not so good. If you go outside of fort Myers for any food, average drive time is 25-30 minutes. The condo is located about 4 miles from the pier. With traffic, that made is a 40 min drive plus $20 for all day parking. There are a few restaurants across the street, but I was not impressed. Stay away from the pizza place. The condo is ON the beach. The private beach is nice but small. If you want to have the "vacation" feeling with alot of people..not the place. If you want a private secluded beach this is the beach for you. We went to Fort Myers beach (by the pier) almost everyday as we like the bigger beach and water sports around. Neighborhood - Below Average. So here is my biggest issue we had with this stay. NUMBER 1 - You are not ALLOWED to jump in the pool (Rule 7). I know the rule as one of the ladies at the pool told my son to read the sign because he was jumping in. This condo complex has several people over the ago of 50 who seem aggregated with younger kids. When my kids were playing the pool and splashing around, they would get upset. The size of the pool vs the size of all the buildings, is NOT adequate. There were multiple (20+) in a pool that I wouldn't want more than 12. If you have younger kids, this might not be the best option. If you want peace and relaxation and don't mind driving for restaurants and activities, this is your place. Again, the Owner is awesome with communication. Condo is decent for the price. The building complex is for "older" people. The beach is VERY private. 4 miles from Fort Myers pier and traffic is bad.

Great place for a party of two!

This property best suits a couple or family with 2 young children. It really would not be conducive to 4 adults. But for my husband and I, it was just fine. My husband is a retired plumber, so his first thought was that things could definitely use some updating! We care here to be outside and enjoy the warm weather, so we spent very little time in the condo other than for sleeping. The Lazy Boy recliner is rather small and was not the most comfortable for my husband to relax in come the evening hours. All in all - we enjoyed our stay!
