Excellent Location

This house was perfect for our family vacation of nine! The views and location were amazing! The beach was just a short walk across the street and the canal behind us provided sightings of dolphins, manatees, and ships. The only downside was lack of essentials and cleaning supplies.

Family Vacation

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful vacation home. We had problems with the elevator not working twice, but the rental company took care of the problem quickly. I would suggest they update the pictures because the tiki bar by the pool isn't there, and they've added a dock off the back. Other than that, lovely property and LOTS of room for all of us.

Very nice!

The property is a very nice new build. The outdoor decks are great to sit and watch the boats go by. The pool and spa were great for our family since that is where we spent most of our time. Quick walk to the beach across the street or to downtown. Property company was very helpful as well. I would recommend.

Amazing Home

Our group of eleven mixed a travel baseball tournament with a family vacation. This home fit our needs perfectly and was exactly as portrayed on the website. There was plenty of space for everyone to gather or to have some individual quiet time. The outside area by the pool was where much of our time was spent. We thoroughly enjoyed the view, the pool, and the area to lounge! This home was centrally located to the airport and to the ball fields. We also enjoyed the close proximity to the beach and to the restaurants and shops in Fort Myers Beach. Another plus was the quick response when communicating with the Coastal Vacation staff; always helpful! We would most certainly stay here again.

Many maintenance issues, stingy supplies but great house and location

I give the house and location 5 stars. I give maintenance, and stingy supplies 2 stars. This house is beautiful and spacious. Calm decor. Access to the beach is right across the street. Sadly, 5 neighboring houses wiped away from the Sept 2021 hurricane, but for us, that meant privacy and space I have expectations for a house, more so when it is expensive - maintenance and supplies were well below par False advertising - Exterior shots are from pre-hurricane - In the pool area, there is no dining area, no fancy kitchen, no bar. The twin house next door has a dining table, but this one does not. You need to lug your BBQ upstairs - Bonus room on ground floor is empty and unfinished Although the Coastal mgmt is friendly and super responsive, I find it unacceptable that ANY VRBO house - especially one priced this high - has so many maintenance issues. Especially when issues are already known to management 1. Stovetop didn't work ever. After 1st dinner, they provided 2 hot plates 2. Living room sofa broken and lopsided 3. Main level patio sofa leg broken and rocky 4. Grill hood hung on by 1 threadbare screw - this was fixed 5. Kitchen faucet in a too-big hole and rocky 6. Upstairs fridge leaked. Turned off 7. Circulating pool pump not working Fees! $$ for early check in. $25 if you don't move furniture back Supplies: for a 5 bedroom house, 7 people, 1 week, they give you 2 garbage bags, 2 dishwasher tabs, 2 laundry tabs. 0 condiments. RIDICULOUS. I've never seen this before

It was very nice

It was perfect for us. The landscaping was kind of dirty, but with Ian, we understood. I’m sure it will be beautiful again. The inside was gorgeous, we all loved it. The elevator did not work, but we did not need it. We were having trouble with the pool, they came and fixed it. Great place

Vacation

Great location and everything was as stated. We all enjoyed our stay. Very clean and plenty of room for everyone. Only issue was the elevator wasn’t working. Communication was given the day we checked in that someone would be out but didn’t know when. They did come towards then end of the stay but it still didn’t work. Other than that everything was great. Definitely would stay again!

Property was nice overall. but House was not as advertised on vrbo, Issues Pool not usable , Not clean Wifi worked for two hours then nothing for four days. Breaker kept triping so we would be without many lights until reset. Back patio, dock still destroyed.
