Enjoyed this property. Close to everything. Very clean home with comfortable bedding and pillows. AC worked great and the pool was excellent. We had a multiple family vacation and it was great. Loved the people of Ft. Myers Beach. This is a community rebuilding after hurricanes but are well on their way. All businesses thanked us for visiting their community. We never had any difficulty accessing the stores or restaurants.

Very clean, well appointed and great location!

The description of the space is very accurate and it had everything we needed! The “garage” space was so nice with the extra bathroom, full size refrigerator/freezer and everything we needed for the beach. Very spacious and comfortable. We would definitely book again!

The absolute best!!!!

This house was everything we wanted and more! beautiful inside and the pool area and the Jacuzzi were amazing. My family loved playing the ring game and taking the kayak out at sunset to see the Dolphins. The location is close to everything walking distance great communication when we arrived, the string to the ring game was not there , but I did ask if there’s any chance they could come out and fix it and they did the next day. I was so impressed!!!. We can’t wait to come back. Thank you

Nice time

We had a rocky start with pool cleanliness but that was quickly resolved by the property mgmt company. The home was well outfitted with kitchen accessories, towels, pool floats, etc. Nice and close to restaurants. We had a great time overall.

Perfect location

Property is as listed. Everything is within walking distance. Nice to have the pool and especially the hot tub if the weather isn't cooperating. Ongoing construction on the island as they continue to rebuild.

Paradise on Primo

A very nice clean and comfortable property. The pool and area surrounding it were especially nice. We spent a lot of time outside. The location couldn't be more convenient, a very short walk to beach and restaurants. I would definitely stay there again.

Super location

The entire place was immaculate. Loved all the space, the screened in porch off the main floor, & the huge lanai so well furnished. Everyone spent a good amount of time in the pool & jacuzzi. The dock by the pool was a big plus. We only had to walk about a block to the beach & the downtown area. We'll definitely stay here again.

PERFECT location!

If you want to be close to all the action, there isn't a better spot in FMB! Just a block from all the beach, bars, restaurants and shops this is the ideal location. The pool is perfect for lounging around or playing with the kids. Inside the place was well decorated and furnished. Highly recommend!

Fun and sun in FMB

Property is beautiful. We spent most of mornings/early afternoon in the outside entertainment area. Great location, short walk to the beach sunsets, restaurants and shops. Well-equipped with everything we needed for a day at the beach, a ride down the strip and a relaxing day at the pool. Great experience!

This place worked perfectly for our family! Walking distance to the beach and when the kids got sick of the beach came back to the private pool and they swam the rest of the day in the private backyard that has literally everything. Great spot overall. Would highly recommend!!

Perfect Vacation Spot

It was a wonderful stay! Just a block or so away from the beach. We had 7 guests in our party and there was more than enough space to sleep and hang out without being crowded. We rented a boat from a company just around the corner (Sea and Sun Boat Rentals) and being so close made it so easy, we were able to pull up to the dock and load/unload the boat before it was returned. Overall would recommend to anyone looking in this area!

Great experience

We totally enjoyed our stay and experience. The host was very quick with any questions we had. The house was great! We would for sure stay here again and definitely recommend. The place was close to the beach and the beaches bars and restaurants, but but down a dead end so basically no traffic. Pool, hot tub, canal with 2 person kayak, private setting, gas grill and more, not certain what more you could ask for!

Great Place Great Location

Location, Location, Location. Paradise on Primo is a couple short blocks from beaches, bars and restaurants while being situated in a quiet single family neighborhood. We loved the pool, hot tub, patio and views of the canal. The owners supplied everything we needed from a fully stocked kitchen to a beach wagon and fishing poles to yoga mats. We had a great week!

My family and I (4 adults, 2 children), stayed for a week and had a great time. The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a week at the beach. We really appreciated all the outdoor space and especially the pool. The location was great: easy walking distance to Times Square, and anywhere we didn't want to walk to was a quick bike ride away!
