My husband and I stayed here for a quick weekend getaway to the beach. We loved the condo. The condo was clean and beautifully decorated. The views from every window were incredible. We had a great stay. The restaurant right next door was really good to and very close to Lovers Key State Park.

The property is the ideal place to be for a week’s vacation, or even longer. Great unit to be in, as it overlooks the waterway. Saw dolphins several mornings. Nice view of the sunrise and moonrise! The property manager was very helpful and responsive.

It was my second year staying in this condo. The location is perfect, close to Bonita Springs, Lovers Key State Park and Ft. Myers Beach. The building has great amenities including a pool, attached restaurant, nice lobby and easy parking. The condo is well appointed with great appliances and all needed cooking utensils. I would definitely recommend this condo.

We have been coming to Lovers Key for years now. Always a spectacular stay anywhere in there building. The unit we stayed in had the best view and was in amazing condition just as listed. We will definitely be back and stay at this unit again!!!

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our five night stay in this condo at Lovers Key Resort. It is clean, very comfortable, and light-filled. The unit has a wonderful deck and views of the water from just about every room! We would definitely consider returning.

The condo was beautiful with high end finishes. Kitchen was well appointed. Great sitting area with large balcony that overlooked the inter coastal waterway. 15-20 minutes from Bonita Springs and about a mile from Lovers Key State Park and great kayaking. Adjacent restaurant very convenient. The waiters even serviced the pool area of the complex.

Nice location with plenty to do. Unit was clean and had adequate kitchen things to make your own meals. Good location for lots of activities. Need to walk about a mile for an unobstructed view of the sunset from the mouth of the bay, but this was expected. The Estero bay wildlife made up for lack of sunsets. Bring binoculars!

Beautiful views, furniture especially couch needs updating.. very uncomfortable beach chairs poor quality ,fell apart walking to beach..we put them back together but will probably fall apart again..I would invest in a better beach chairs. otherwise it was a great stay.

The unit was neat and clean. It was easy to locate with the directions we were given. The views from the balcony are amazing! You will see dolphins, manatees and various other sea creatures. Access to Lovers Key State Park is a short, easy 5 minute walk. We would recommend this unit to any couple looking to spend some quality time together.

The condo unit was lovely and the location was great. We do have some complaints though. First and foremost, the condo faces east. The shades on the two sliding doors, one in BR and one in LR did not work. So, unless you want to get up at the crack of dawn this is not the place for you. Due to the shades not working, the unit became quite hot in the morning. The mattress was pathetic. It was very lumpy and uncomfortable. The linens were too large and when you awoke in the morning you were swimming in sheets. The shower was very clogged and required a visit from maintenance. So all in all, this unit needs some work.

The unit needs a deep cleaning and is also in need of a fresh coat of paint on walls, baseboards, and doors. Couch is worn out and very uncomfortable. Bed creaks horribly. There’s an outlet with a missing cover plate.

The view from the balcony was so beautiful . It was fun watching all the boat traffic and sea life. We were told that the painting would be finished by the time we arrived. This turned out to not be true. There were workers on our balcony a few times and scaffolding dangling. We understand how construction goes and still enjoyed time on the balcony. The interior is nicely done and comfortable. The kitchen is especially functional and beautiful. The appliances are top notch and brand new. The pictures show the old kitchen, so I brought my own ground coffee. A new Keurig has replaced the drip coffee maker, so be sure to bring a few K cups if you want to have your coffee on the balcony after you arrive. The new extra large shower is gorgeous. There were lots of towels and beach supplies. We ate at Flippers restaurant several times and were never disappointed. The lobster Mac and cheese and fish and chips were great. The service was very responsive and prompt. We were missing a few things in the condo and they brought them over quickly with good communication. All in all, this is a fun place for a winter getaway.

We had a wonderful time during our trip to Lovers Key last week. Price was right and the view is remarkable. This is a sunrise view and not a sunset on the 10th floor #1003. Almost daily we saw dolphins swimming right in the channel. Super cool! Overall the place was good for our stay. We had friends that stayed on the 12th floor and had a sunset view. A few negatives: You are required by the management company to sign a statement that you will NOT turn the A/C lower than 74 due to something about the A/C freezes up. When we arrived it was cold so we actually had the heat on for the first 2 days. Heater worked great. We didn't turn on the A/C until the 5th day and it worked okay......not great. On Thursday night it stopped working overnight and we were super hot that night and opening the doors just made it more humid. The heating/air guy came out on Friday due to the quick response from the management team (thank you) and said that this is a common problem in this particular building. The condensation tube was plugged and wasn't drawing all the water and set off a switch or something. If this is a common issue in this building, it needs to be addressed. I can't even imagine what it feels like in the summer b/c even when the A/C is on, it doesn't take all of the humidity out of the air. We're quite familiar with air and humidity and have never had an issue with our A/C. Would be helpful to have more storage and hooks available for the week. The bed was comfortable but the bamboo type sheets and the plastic cover for the mattress were not. Made it hotter. I would highly recommend that if you flew in that you schedule a pickup with Bonita Bee Express for your return. Uber left us stranded, Lyft & no other taxi's were available and the Resort isn't allowed to take you to the airport due to liability issues. We almost were stranded but Bonita Bee Express saved the day! We also rented a very very nice pontoon boat for the day from Snooks Marina in Fort Myers Beach which we would also highly recommend. We're boaters in Wisconsin and this was a very nice rental compared to others we saw throughout the week and very affordable. Plus they allow you to go out on the Gulf if it's nice out and the winds aren't too strong. There really isn't a beach for you to use here at this resort but you can easily walk over to Lovers Key State Park which we did daily. Over-all great place and fantastic location.
