The Leonardo is your perfect escape—a 4-bedroom, 4-bath upper duplex located on South Island in Fort Myers Beach. Spacious and inviting, it’s ideal for family gatherings or a getaway with friends. The backyard is a tropical oasis featuring a large tiki hut for relaxing and a sparkling new saltwater pool with a sun shelf and stone paver deck. Whether you're cooling off in the pool or lounging under the tiki hut, this outdoor space will quickly become a favorite spot.
Inside, the fully equipped kitchen offers ample counter space, perfect for preparing delicious meals. Sleeping arrangements include a master king bedroom, two queen bedrooms, and a fourth bedroom with two twin beds, with twin trundles under both beds—perfect for kids. The home comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests.
Step outside with your fishing gear and try your luck catching dinner just steps from the property. After a day at the beach, fire up the grill for a cookout and enjoy breathtaking sunsets over the water. Trolley service is also available from Estero Boulevard to the Times Square area, the central hub of Fort Myers Beach. Several restaurants, shops, and bars have come back since the hurricane. If a day trip is what you are looking for check out the Key West Express for an unforgettable trip to Key West. Don’t forget to see Sanibel Lighthouse which is less than 15 miles away!
