Elevator related hydraulic jack repairs and the installation of final interior and door jambs are in process and will continue through October 2025. During this period, the elevator will be available for use but may be down intermittently.

Due to ongoing recovery efforts from Hurricanes Ian, Milton, and Helene, island-wide construction or restoration may be present during your stay. This could include noise, nearby building activity, increased traffic, or beach restoration work. We value transparency and want guests to be aware that these conditions are beyond our control as the entire community rebuilds.
