Great location and beautiful view! Kitchen was well equipped and there were plenty of towels. A few things could be improved. The washing machine didn’t seem to clean well and some of the towels were either stained or maybe dirty based on what we experienced with the washer when washing clothes. Also our feet and socks were filthy after walking on the floor, so it’s clear at least parts of the floor are not mopped well. The master bedroom bed is very loud whenever you move even an inch so as a light sleeper, this was a little annoying.

Absolutely loved this property! Condo was extremely clean, and accommodations were very comfortable. Location was perfect for us. Love the option to just walk to restaurants and shopping plus a grocery store just one mile away. Bonnie was great with communication. Highly recommend.

Exceptional Quality of Stay

Beautiful 9th floor condo with a gorgeous view (from the lanai) of the Caloosahatchee River and the Gulf Coast. Had an excellent stay and decided to grab three additional weeks in February/March. We owned property in Cape Coral for eight years so we know what's good and what isn't. This is great. Highly recommended.

Paradise with a view

Beautiful condo, large spacious and well decorated. Extremely well supplied, appreciated the coffee and filters. Great location with lots of action and activity. The view was absolutely incredible (biggest reason I picked this one). We spent most of our time at the clubhouse pool where we met May new friends. We would return in a heartbeat. It was unfortunate that the unit was not ready for our check in at 4. We had been waiting since noon and the cleaning was not completed tell 7. Not a big issue overall but inconvenient

Loved the place and the views were amazing

Over all the property was a 10. It’s was well equipped with everything you would need for cooking and spending the day at the beach. If I had one recommendation for the owner, it would be to please add a cushion top to the back left bedroom. :-) The bed was a bit hard. I’ll be renting again for sure. Eric

The apartment was beautiful and spacious, nicely decorated, had all the amenities needed. Great view. There was a band in the courtyard below us 2 nights, which was awesome to listen to. There were 2 restaurants onsite and plenty of restaurants and shopping within a short distance. Owner was easy to communicate with.

Cape Harbour Delight

I have stayed in several condos at Cape Harbour and this one out ranks them all. A beautiful corner Unit overlooking the Caloosahatchee and the Gulf. You can see Ft. Myers Beach and Sanibel off in the distance. Beautifully furnished with a well appointed kitchen. Located near my favorite restaurant Fathoms where there are music venues on Tuesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday. The French Press and Rumrunners nearby and Publix grocery store right up the street. Couldn’t ask for more.
