It wasn't what we expected from the pictures and for the off-season price of $155/night. Furniture and Tv were old and crappy except the King matress was ok. Bathroom was cheaply remodeled. Pool was closed. This is a motel not really an hotel; breakfast was very limited, not healthy. Location was ok, lots of eating options around. I exptected Expedia to screen hotel listed but clearly this is not the case. Only stayed because we were exploring Marco island and Sanibel island so basiclly used the hotel for sleeping. But will not return and would not recommended it. Some staff like Jasmine front desk and the cleaning ladies were nice others not friendly at all.

The room was clean but needed updating. Staff was ok. I did the online check in but had to do it over again when I got there, so why have online check in. Breakfast was not great. Not many choices.

DO NOT COME TO THIS GARBAGE HOTEL. As others have stated, this this is DISGUSTING. disgusting rooms, roaches in the halls, dusty place, rude staff. I'm not exaggerating when say this is the worst, THE WORST BY A MILE, hotel I've ever been to in my life. They don't deserve a star, they deserve a negative star. Don't get hooked by the "low" rate, suggest you sleep under an overpass before staying here. And to the manager or GM reading this, you are terrible at this.

The mattress for both beds need to be replaced. The room did not have the following: -iron -coffeemaker The elevator doesn’t work. All surprising because of the cost of the room.

Always gave us an issue with hotel check ins over the course of a few weeks. And also charge a hidden fee of $5 per day per room not included in anything , and you don’t get that money back . Manager was not helpful at all in trying to help us find a solution to easier check ins .

I was double charged. I payed for 4 person one room with two double beds. When I got there I was told 4 cannot sleep in two twin beds, then I had to get a second room. First time this happens to me. It was a trick from the desk clerk or a missing from the website?.

My experience was terrible. They gave me a room with no air conditioning. When I went to the lobby to report it, they told me I had to plug it in. And I wonder—if I booked a room for four nights, why didn’t the hotel check the room beforehand, and why did I have to be the A/C technician? I went back to the room and, of course, the A/C didn’t work. I returned to the lobby and they gave me another room, 118, which was even worse. The bathroom was deteriorated, a piece of furniture was broken, and there was a strong gas smell coming from the laundry dryers. I went back to the lobby and they told me they had no more options, no rooms available. I asked them to cancel my reservation, and to this day we are still dealing with the manager, who has not responded to my complaint. Do not go there.

Staff and service were horrible. I booked and paid for a standard king and instead for two beds that looks like twin bed without discussing the change with me. The lady at the front desk was very rude and lacked customer service skills. I will never use or recommend that hotel again.

The hotel was incredibly run down. The hotel room was a mish mash of random old falling apart furniture and there was mold growing in the bathroom/sink areas. Check in/out was incredibly easy. The cleaning people did come every day and tidied up/gave fresh towels/took out the trash. I think this is an instance of you get what you pay for. It met our needs but I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Clean well maintained room complete with fridge and microwave. Cleaning staff are on it, pool is open - all around great value. Knowledgeable staff, helped work through the consistent Expedia nightmare of underpaying the hotel. I would strongly recommend for individual or family travel, book through Wyndham site.

Checking in was a nightmare! We have our license and the clerk said our payment was declined! It took almost an hour to straighten this out! I called Expedia and she refused to speak to the rep! She said they had to call her! Expedia called her and finally it was straightened out. We checked into the room and it was smelly and mold in the tub! Extremely disappointing!!

Police raided the hotel while I was there for dealers and hookers. 3 police cars and about 5 cops. They literally told me I wasn’t safe there, that the hotel is known for illicit activities and they are there often. I left and neither Expedia or the Days Inn would issue refund. Aside from that, the room was pretty nasty too DO NOT GO THERE!!
