Wonderful home with a great location!

Husband and I stayed at the property for two weeks. The location is fabulous and it's a beautiful property! Great restaurants and shopping in the area. Would definitely stay at this home again. Property owners were very caring and great to work with.

Beautiful home

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. This is our first time renting with VRBO and we were not disappointed. The kitchen was well stocked to meet our needs. The pool area is very nice and we spent a lot of time there. We would definitely recommend this place.

Very nice inside design, clean , great pool and lanai. Two of the 3 bedrooms have their own ire and access to the pool, and one bathroom goes to the outside and can act as a change room. Faces south so you can enjoy both sunrises and sunsets. Easy view of canal and the jumping fish! Both owners and property managers were very helpful.

Overall a great place

We only had issues with bugs about a week into our stay, but the property manger had someone out that day to spray, It is Florida so you have to expect some of that. We would definitely stay there again.

Amazing property!

We had a wonderful stay at this house. Check in was smooth and easy. Owners were very responsive to any questions we had. The place was spotless. We spent the majority of our time on the lanai and in the pool. Pool temperature was perfect and the heated spa was an added bonus. Close proximity to everything. We would definitely stay here again!

Just a quick stay to visit family and get away. Quiet neighborhood set back off main road. Beautiful pool and hot tub. There was a lot of work going on in the neighborhood, but that is expected after a hurricane. Did not detract from our stay. Very close to restaurants and anything u need. Highly recommend

We have been vacationing in Cape Coral for 3 years now and this is by far the best house yet. The house was clean and very well maintained. All of the features from the hot tub to the tv's worked great. Everything needed to make your stay comfortable is there and if you need anything further the Property Managers Silvi and Sascha are extremely hospitable and attentive. The house was on a canal and we saw all kinds of wildlife such as bald eagles and blue herons. We would definitely rent this house again.

Cleanliness low only because the Lani cage wasn’t replaced until the fourth week of our stay. It created a lot of cleaning of the pool and the deck. Otherwise the house was clean.

MAGNIFICENT

This home was magnificent. Absolutlely beautiful. We spent 14 days and had no issues. The spa was easy to operate. Neighborhood safe and all shopping close by. Pool was wonderful and spent every day for hours just bobbing in the water. It was just my sister and myself trying to get away from everybody and Covid! Our plans were to basically not leaving the house and only relaxing, enjoying the pool, jacuzzi and watching movies! And that's exactly what we did! The kitchen was well stocked with spices that may have been left behind from other renters, but so nice to find the basics, like salt, pepper, sugar and much more there upon arrival. Plenty of kitchen wear: pots, pans and baking needs. Beauitful dishes and glasswear. We ended up getting in late on the day of arrival, but Silvi responded quickly to our messages and walked us through turning on the Jacuzzi, so we coud use it on our first night. We were fortunate that we had fantastic weather and what little rain we got never interfered with our day or activities. Beaches were near and we went to Sanibel and a local beach nearby. Te beaches were not crowded at all. Between running to a Walmart, Pharmacy or Grocery, they were either around the corner or within a 5-10 minute drive. Neighhood was very quite and beautiful. There are tons of Beach chairs, boogy boards, children toys and coolers stocked in the garage. Fishing poles/rods , too! OMG, there were tons of fish swimming and jumping right behind the house in the canel. If it wasn't for the fact we don't know how to take a fish off the hook and don't want to clean them...we would be fishing off the dock everyday! We spent the days just watching them, turtles and our 3 visiting Iguanas! Checkout was a breeze. Silvi stopped by to make sure all was well and even said we didn't need to rush to pack up and leave by 10, because the cleaners were coming in late. That was so nice. I'm not a good morning person...and of course, I packed like I was staying for a year, so we had a ton to still get in the car! Would we come back...We didn't want to leave! Had it not already been booked, We would have difinately extended our stay. Thanks so much for allowing us to use your gorgeous home.
