A stylish and somewhat extravagant apartment awaits you!
Do you love a fancy color style? Then you will particularly like the combination of green and blue pillows, carpets and curtains. The art pictures are coordinated in all rooms. The white furniture in the kitchen and bedroom / living room makes the apartment look very bright despite the dark colors.
From the bedroom / living room you can enjoy a wonderful view of the tropical garden. In the evening, beautiful lamps provide cozy light and you can relax with a flat-screen TV and a good music system. The kitchenette is very spacious and offers space for all possible amenities and good kitchen equipment.
The bathroom contains a shower and plenty of towels. Bed linen is also provided.

Schlechtes Apartment " Orlando" in zentraler Lage

Die Lage des Apartments ist gut. Das Apartment und die Anlage sind in einem schlechten Zustand. Wir waren im Dezember 2018 2 Wochen im Studio Orlando. Es ist mit sehr lautstarken Innenraum - Klimageräten ausgestattet. Ein Klimagerät ist in der Küche am Fenster so montiert, daß man kein Fenster öffnen kann. Eine Dunstabzugshaube gibt es nicht, so daß man nicht kochen kann, ohne das alle Gerüche ins Schlafzimmer ziehen. Das Schlafzimmerfenster läßt sich aber nur mit viel Kraft ca. 20 bis 30 cm nach oben schieben. Ein uralter Eisschrank springt alle 30 Minuten an. Er macht soviel Krach, daß wir Nachts mehrfach geweckt wurden. Der Fernseher ging nicht. Übelriechende Kopfkissen wurden ausgetauscht. Der angepriesene Grill im Poolbereich ging nicht, da der Zünder defekt war. Alles, was mit dem Studio und der Anlage zu tun hatte, hat definitiv keine Freude aufkommen lassen. Ansonsten war der Urlaub in Florida schön. In unmittelbarer Nähe hatten wir uns andere Apartments angeschaut, die wesentlich besser sind, und bei denen das Preis -Leistungs Verhältnis stimmt. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war schnell und unbefriedigend. Alle Mängel wurden damit abgetan, daß es sie gar nicht gibt. So die Antwort der Vermieterin. Studio Orlando - nie wieder!

Convenient to downtown, enjoyable front porch with rocking chairs, ample parking, nice kitchen

Positives noted above. Negatives include low ceilings in bath and bedroom (in places), uneven floors, poor artificial lighting, poor TV reception, and--the biggest problem--rodents. Both mice and rats. On the first night mice knocked to the floor packaged food and ate through a loaf of bread. Another night they rattled their box trap at length while they were dying of poison. One afternoon late we spotted a dead rat against the bedroom baseboard just a few feet from the bed. The owners are aware of course and trying to fix this problem. They have employed two pest control companies--the representatives of one would come regularly to check the rat traps in the attic. Manager Charity handled everything with professionalism and friendliness.
