Very nice and truly well equipped house in a quiet and friendly neighborhood. We absolutely enjoyed our stays here. Large rooms and a very nice pool. Very well situated in Cape Coral with lots of amenities and shopping opportunities nearby. A great starting point for trips to Ft. Myers Beach, Sanibel and attractions in SW Florida. The house is super well maintained and it feels like home when you come back a 2nd time.

Our stay was amazing, we didn’t want to leave and come back to reality. It was nice to wake up in the morning and hang out by the pool or go on a bike ride even if it was just to the store. We enjoyed having the house be so convenient and being close to Ft Myers beach. Florian was great to work with. If I had any concerns or questions he got back to me very quickly which I greatly appreciated.

Pool was excellent and house was clean and so comfortable. Weather in the mid eighties couldn’t ask for a more perfect week. Thank you so much. It was great to get away from cold Michigan.

The house was beautiful! Every little thing that I could have needed (rubber bands, cookware, matches, nightlight, etc) was available and at our fingertips which isn’t seen at a lot of other places we’ve stayed. The location was perfect. We spent quite a bit of time at the Cape Coral Yacht Club Beach. Communication with Florian was easy and got very quick responses. I would definitely recommend this property!

Great stay in great location

We really enjoyed staying at this house in Cape Coral. We have two kids and for us the location close to Publix (walking distance), short drive to the beach at the yacht club was great. Also the kids really enjoyed the kids bedroom with the two twin beds. We used the pool a lot and it worked really well for us. The WiFi was great and we had no trouble using our own Amazon FireTV that we brought from home. The kitchen was very well stocked. The building manager, Florian, is super great. Very responsive whenever we had questions.
