House was very nice, clean, great space and comfortable beds. Had a slightly sour smell and pool area doesn't get sun. Also, some hidden costs that are frustrating and lead to a less than perfect experience.

Everything was great. Communication was very good. Everything you could possibly need or think of. Central to restaurants, stores, beaches. Escape the Cold, Get Beachy, and Swim in Our Heated Pool!
Host was great with responses, went above with all the little extra’s for the house. Very clean and stocked with extra items one may have forgotten to bring. Nice quiet neighborhood and close to all the down town Cape Coral attractions. Had a great time.
