“The kitchen was full equipped, room was clean and ample, and property itself was charming and in right inside the Old City, easy access to all major tourist points. Well maintained property, would absolutely stay here again. The owner Jon was easy to work with and incredibly attentive and responsive. (Only thing to note for travelers is that since this unique property is within the Old City, several stairs are involved in order to access).”

“It was the best location within old town. Just next to Pile gate by opposite the fountain. We did not need to lug our Baggage too far. Victor was so nice and he let us in early at 10:30am so we could join some 11:00am tours. Nice new spacious rooms with a good size bathroom. Great shower with plenty of hot water. No noise issues at all I would highly recommend this to anyone. We had daily breakfast just outside Pile gate for about 25euro per person.”

“Beautiful place, clean and good response.time from staff regarding communication. Outdoor patio beautiful! Would have liked a heads up that the parking was tight, not allowing us to take our rental car freely with being block.in. The 295 stair walk up.and down from the property was doable, but daunting, for many. Unfortunately the lovely kitchen had no coffee or tea or filters despite having a coffee pot. Laundry service was excellent. Beds very comfortable. Be prepared to walk stairs and……

“公寓位置不錯，在的士下車後走一小段路就到，只是它在一條長長的樓梯中間，帶著重行李箱的話要有心理準備，不過城內到處都是樓梯，相信無論住哪裡都會有相同問題。公寓內也是又長又窄的樓梯，住一、二樓較好，抬著行李到三樓會很想死。房間很大很乾淨，設備齊全，但浴室是用儲水式熱水爐，洗澡要趕快洗好，不然洗到一半水就會變冷，而且要等很久才會變熱。整體來說是滿意的，公寓主人很友善，介紹的餐廳也很好吃，從公寓走下樓梯就到達主要的大街，非常方便。”

“Leider konnte ich insgesamt keine 5 Sternebewertung abgeben. Das Hotel liegt super zentral, direkt an der Hauptstraße der Altstadt und das ist der Knackpunkt. Durch die umliegenden Restaurants ist es nachts durch die Gäste sehr laut. Unbedingt Ohrenstöpsel mitnehmen. Alles ist fußläufig sehr gut zu erreichen. Das Personal ist super nett und die Räumlichkeiten sind sehr sauber Safe und Kühlschrank sind vorhanden”

“Great location in Old Town. Clean and spacious room, nice amenities, comfortable bed. Replenished our coffee, and other sundries, with clean towels daily. We were able to store our luggage upon an early arrival before check in, and they assisted with carrying it up the steep flights of stairs (the only drawback, but we discovered you can't get away frrom that in Croatia!)”

“Room was very clean and modern, had a small kitchen which was nice. Staff were helpful. Lovely breakfast in the morning. Only downside is when asked to make up the sofa bed we were supplied with a duvet with a large brown-red stain on it and told there were no other duvets available.”

“A fabulous small hotel right in the centre of Dubrovnik just off the main street. Very friendly and helpful staff. Extremely clean. We didn't use any of the facilities in the hotel as we went out as we were so close to dozens of restaurants. One point to note is that as this is a protected building in a UNESCO World Heritage site there is no lift.”
