“The hotel is well maintained and overall a very nice property. However, there were several issues during my stay that impacted the experience. There was an internet outage for approximately 24 hours, which was a significant inconvenience. As a result, the bar was closed, and the laundry facilities were offline, making it necessary to obtain change for the machines. The television in my room was not working at check in and was never repaired during my three night stay, despite the issue being……

“The man at the front desk staff was rude. My daughter & I wanted to spend a little time at the pool, but a person was smoking cigarettes out there. When I asked about it, he literally said, “we have bigger problems than that right now.” Then, he proceeded to tell me that as a customer of the hotel, I didn’t matter. Common areas old and dirty. Room was spacious and decent. The woman that helped serve breakfast was sweet. I would not stay here again.”

“No water pressure. Shower was barely a sprinkle. Loud at night from highway. AC barely worked. Continued to run but didn’t cool room.”

“I loved everything about this stay except for the breakfast! And we were on the side of highway late night highway noise was awful. But I still would definitely stay again the bed was so comfortable”

“This is a great hotel. Clean, well appointed and staff is well trained and helpful. Daily breakfast ans wine a cheese are a nice added touch. I’ve stayed here a number of times. Only issue is the noise from air conditioning. Makes sleeping difficult. If that could corrected it would be prefect.”

“Excellent location. Just a few minutes walk to the market, carriage rides, and great dining. The amenities were excellent and rooms amazing. Traveled with children, and the room was the perfect size. Would definitely recommend for families and couples.”

“This was such a charming stay! The location is perfect to walk to all local attractions and dining and the college of Charleston. The afternoon platter provided a lovely appetizer and the morning breakfast and unlimited coffee was super helpful. I will stay here again in the future. The courtyard was lovely. Check in and check out was very easy we were even able to check in a bit early per request.”

“We arrived early but our rooms were not ready until much later than 4:00. We ended up waiting for over an hour in the lobby, which was not the best but we were able to review the art pieces. We did not start with the right foot. The rooms were very large but unfortunately we got them on the side of Bay St. and it was pretty noisy outside. The location is great. Very comfortable bed and very strong shower.”

“Clean spotless room. Stayed in the 2 bedroom suite. Right beside the pool. Pool did not stay crowded so always had chairs open. Staff was amazingly nice. Located very close to the waterfront park and lots of restaurants.”

“I loved the kitchenette and good size fridge was very useful. Breakfast was OK. Very clean bathroom. The floor at the entrance was a little sticky, didn’t cause much discomfort took me two minutes to wipe with wet paper towel. Great location. Satisfied overall.”
