Great location and rooms!

Plenty of space for four adults and four small children. Very nice updated interior. Kitchen was stocked with any utensils/plates/etc that we needed, which was great. It's also super close to the beach which was great to walk to with small kids!

Spacious and Well Appointed

Nice size and well appointed. Good beach access. Enjoyed the stay.Only issue is the parking as only one spot allowed and as with all places on the panhandle, enforcement is overly zealous. Had permit in my windshield and still got unwarranted warning of possible tow.

Exceptional!

The location was very convenient to everything. The beach was across the street. Everything about the condo was beautiful and accommodating! The only issue we had was with parking. Only 1 vehicle allowed to park on the property. We will definitely be booking again!

Quiet, convenient, roomy

So you want to go to 30A because you love the beach, the weather, and the food. But you don't love the traffic or the crowds. Head down to Miramar Beach and to Alerio. Building was well maintained, property manager was very responsive, instructions were clear and thorough. We were VERY impressed with how well the condo was stocked with necessities. A small touch that is a differentiator and much appreciated. The beach is across the street, with easy and inexpensive chair/umbrella rental. Plenty of food and shopping choices are walkable. The community was clean, the pool clear, and the property gated. The condo itself was in great shape and very roomy. And the overall expense was reasonable. Go and enjoy. We did and we look forward to going back.

Awesome Space

We had a lovely time, the space was VERY nice, we felt at home!! The location was perfect to access the beach and surrounding restaurants and grocery store. Most of all, we felt safe, the property is gated and the grounds had perfect security lighting and was perfectly maintained. We will stay at this property again! It was a pleasure working with Property Manager, Michael Pasek with Destin Beach Rentals - his attention to the guest needs are spot on!

Great place to stay and location was on point

Had a great time at this condo. It was clean and spacious, nice decor. Couches are little worn out and the tv and remotes in the bedrooms were not easily functional other than that no other complaints. Great place to stay. Would recommend it.

Great location!

We enjoyed our stay here very much! It was a great location and plenty of room for 4 adults and 2 teenagers. Only thing missing was a comforter or blanket for the bunk bed. We ended up buying one because it took a couple days for housekeeping to drop one off. Would highly recommend!

Great location to the beach!

We enjoyed the location and the space that this property had to offer. The beach was a 2 min walk at most. Parking is a little complicated if there is more than 1 car, but it’s manageable. The bathrooms could have been a touch cleaner, but we took car of it.

Staycation

We were trying to get a relaxing weekend in before the craziness of spring break started and this was the perfect place to do it. The property was beautiful and the close proximity to the beach was perfect. The only negative was whoever cleaned before we arrived did not do a great job. There was still sand everywhere and we didn’t have dishwashing detergent or laundry detergent. But that did not change how great the property was.

Thanksgiving Vacation

D202 was a cozy home away from home! The location was perfect for our family. The beach was a short walk away, and shopping places were close and convenient! I was especially impressed with the quality, and cleanliness of entire condo. The pillow top mattresses in all bedrooms were very clean and comfortable... and there is a Keurig coffee maker in the kitchen, which was a definite plus🤗 It was perfect for our first Thanksgiving away from home!
