Guests enjoy the comforts of home in this owner-updated condo with a fully stocked kitchen, comfortable furniture and the perks of complimentary Beach Service during the season, March 1 through October 31.

    All of our properties require a Saturday-Saturday stay late Spring, Summer, and Fall unless last minute.

    -Supplies: Beach Condos in Destin provides dish washing soap for your stay and an initial supply of toilet paper, 1 roll of paper towels, hand soap, and 2 kitchen trash bags; enough to get you through your first 24 hours. We recommend you bring the following items for the remainder of your stay: toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, napkins, spices/condiments, coffee and coffee filters, laundry detergent, hairdryer, toys/games, beach towels, umbrella, beach chairs, beach toys, sunscreen, and anything else you may need for an enjoyable vacation.
    -Beach Service included in season (March 1 through October 31), with umbrella and two chairs

    Maravilla, a private, gated community sits across from the beautiful beaches of Destin in the upscale community of Miramar Beach. Privately owned, gated shore access takes guests to the 2.5 acres of sugar-sand beaches and emerald hued waters of the Gulf of Mexico. A true beach haven! Maravilla is the perfect spot for a family vacation or enjoyable reunion with friends. Maravilla's deeded beach access is a major convenience, along with other amenities-tennis courts, clubhouse, 2 pools (one is seasonally heated), hot tub, basketball hoop, shuffleboard, beach volleyball, charcoal grills, and plenty of parking. There is always something fun to do at Maravilla!

    Popular Gulf front restaurants are nearby including Pompano Joe's, The Crab Trap, Whale's Tail and Captain Dave's. Enjoy championship golf at Seascape or any of the eight golf courses in Destin. There are also another 17 golf courses within 20 miles of Destin! Grocery stores, wine outlets and bargain shopping at the famed Silver Sands Premium Outlets are only minutes away. More restaurants, lively bars, seasonal festivals and free concerts are located nearby at Baytowne Wharf in Sandestin. With multiple attractions and activities nearby, this a great vacation area with plenty of sunshine to brighten your day.

Beautiful condo

This was a wonderful trip. Great location, close to beach, restaurants. The hosts were extremely accommodating and responsive with all communication. The condo had everything we needed and more. Would highly suggest this property to anyone looking for a stay in Miramar Beach.

Family Vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location was terrific with easy access to the beach. The umbrella and chair service is a terrific perk. The place was clean and well maintained. If we come back to the area we would absolutely rent here again.

AMAZING!!

Overall this was one of the best properties i have ever stayed at! Everything was spotless when we got there, furniture was beautiful, and kitchen had everything you could think of! It was very pet friendly making it a lot easier for our dogs to adjust to a new location. Owners were amazing at communicating with us and made sure we were enjoying our experience. We will definitely be staying here again!

We had a wonderful stay! We loved the condo. It was beautiful! Super clean and neat, you can tell as soon as you walk in. Great location! Right across the street from the beach. We were able to take our dogs too!! We will be going back and hopefully VERY soon!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Maravilla 1202. It was clean and had lots of conveniences. Communication was great with the host. We loved the umbrella/chair rental that came with the rental. We would definitely revisit sometime. We had a great stay.

The location is perfect. The beach was fabulous. The beach access was very easy. The room comes with 2 beach umbrellas and 4 chairs. Location to grocery, souvenir shops and restaurants was very convenient. The room was just as pictured. Enjoyed sitting on balcony and looking at ocean and people going by.

Great condo!

The condo was clean, updated, spacious and a short walk to the beach. The beach service was an added bonus. The property management was quick to respond to and resolve a couple of minor issues we had. We will be back!

Family Holiday Trip

Check in was so easy. The condo was very clean, stocked well & suited all our needs which included 4 adults & 2 children. The grandkids loved the bunk room. Very short walk to beach & easy to walk our 5 mo old pup. The balcony was nice to relax & wait for kids to return from beach. Thank you for a great holiday with wonderful weather.

Excellent Stay

We loved the unit. It was a perfect fit for our family. Management was very friendly and quick to respond when we had an issue with the code lock on the door. We hope to stay in this same unit again next year.

Much needed and best getaway!

Our family experienced one of the best vacations in 20 years! This vacation home had everything and more than what we look for in a place to stay. The rate matched our desire for a comfortable and convenient stay. The booking and communication was easy as well. We could not have booked a better week to vacation here in Destin. The weather was absolutely beautiful. It was so nice to have chairs and umbrellas waiting for us at the beach. We spent most of our time at the beach but we also enjoyed the pool. The comfort of the condo made us feel right at home. The location of our unit 1202 was convenient to the parking lot, pool and beach and to shopping/eating out. We would definitely recommend Maravilla 1202 to family and friends. We hope to come back next year.

Miramar in August

Words can not express how beyond satisfied we are. Everything was well beyond expectations. Very elegant decor. Kitchen was well equipped. Super clean. From a spouse with OCD, " I am very impressed with this cleaning crew." The grounds were well kept. We will certainly be booking Unit 1202 again in the future. Just a couple suggestions for the property (Maravilla) owners Association. Look at investing in adding a ramp in addition to the steps for beach access. There were many days, myself and a few others, were having to carry the beach wagons up the steps. Also a great service to add would be a type of doggy daycare. The others guests we spoke to while walking our dogs all mentioned and/or agreed it would be a great money making service to have. With the property being pet friendly, it would be wonderful to be able to know there was someone available to walk them or check in on them. Again, those are just a couple things to think about. Again, other than that we are beyond pleased with our stay.

Super clean, everything and more we could have hoped for

A VERY clean condo with MANY amenities! The kitchen was very well stocked with various cooking utensils and gadgets. They thought of just about everything! Great location. A very short walk to beach and pools. The beach chairs and umbrella set up that comes with the condo rental worked out so well! Note: the chairs are not available in the evening. This did not impact us, but maybe worth noting if you plan to go in the evening. Our family really enjoyed our stay. The master bedroom was very quiet. Our family that stayed in bedroom closer to the entry door, where the main walkway is, said they heard sounds at times, but still slept well. There were 4 adults and 5 kids (ages 2-8). We would definitely recommend this condo. If we were to rent this unit again we would probably bring a collapsible step stool for kids, because these sinks in the bathrooms are kind of high and also maybe a collapsible drying rack for all the swimsuits (there are lots of hangers though so that worked well too). Helpful tip: the condo has a few big carts that really help with loading and unloading your car. If you can find one of those it's worth it! They are usually by the elevators.

Summer 2022

Love staying at Maravilla condos in Miramar!! Our condo was perfect for our family and dog. Very clean and just steps from the beach. Communication and check in was a breeze. Comfortable beds and a patio with a view! Can't wait to return next year!!
