Great place

We had a great time. This condo was beautiful and we really appreciated the collection of James Patterson books! The patio and furniture is super spacious and it’s equipped with a full kitchen of anything you could need.

Simply beautiful!

This was our second time staying in this condo and we will definitely be back! It was immaculate! The home is nicely furnished and the kitchen comes equipped with everything you need. The ocean views are amazing and the beach is literally right outside the door.

Vacation with our 3 grandkids

This home was decorated so cute, very clean and kitchen was very well stocked with dishes & cooking supplies. Towels, sheets & blankets were clean and nice. It was a very short walk to the beach. We don’t have any complaints or disappointments of this vacation rental. I highly recommend it.

Everything I was wanting in a place. Very clean. Covered reserved parking. Easy to access. Beach is very close and easy to get to. Private. Quiet in the evening. Extremely well organized and kitchen well stocked. Comfortable bed.

Great unit terrible elevators

The unit itself was great but the elevators were terrible. There are 2 elevators, one of which has a plywood floor and sinks when you step on it. They both make loud noises and bang, but the whole condominium used the one elevator with more reliable flooring. Loved the unit, but used the stairs A LOT. For reference, the room is on the 6th floor. The couch had some stains but the unit was clean, comfy, and roomy. Beautiful views and the pool is linked indoor and outdoor. There is a board walk beside the pool leading to the beach.

Washer is broken

The unit is fine but no one told us the washing machine is broken, not good staying on a beach with kids for multiple days unable to do laundry. There is a sign on the lid but lid was open didn't see it until full of clothes. Elevator in building needs maintenance also. This should be in add until fixed

We loved the living space and the decor, the easy access to the beach however, there was no housekeeping available. We had to purchase more toilet paper, as the office in this building was not affiliated with Vacasa and they would not assist us in the tiniest of ways. Parking pass was not awaiting us, as promised…one was brought in mid-day on our 2nd night. The elevator flooring was atrocious, one elevator has partial pressed wood flooring, very dimly lite and it did not feel safe to us. The pool was not heated, making it very difficult to enjoy even in the hot outdoor temps. When we arrived, Maintenance was hosing down the front of the office and elevator area, making it difficult to maneuver at check in. We will not recommend this property due to the poor upkeep, it is unfortunate because the living space was very lovely, but overshadowed by the unkept building.

Switched at the last minute.

We were supposed to have a condo near but on the Saturday prior to us leaving we were told the condo would not be available. The company gave us some suggestions for other condos but held this condo for us. What a blessing it was. Large bedrooms and bathrooms. On the beach with pool with a lazy river and a Tiki bar with good pool food. Would definitely recommend this Waterscape condo and hope to be there again.

First visit to SC 608

Outstanding.. condo was perfect in every way. We have stayed at several units on Okaloosa Island and this one tops the list. Hope to be back soon. Only negative was work going on in several places in the complex.. very noisy! Also one of the workers kept parking in our reserved space.

Great location and clean nice condo

We loved the location of this condo. Minutes from lots of restaurants, gift shops, grocery. The parking spot for this unit is very close to the elevator which was super nice. They had lots of carts to help get all your luggage and bags to the room. The condo has a beach wagon and beach toys which was very nice. The pool was very clean and was up kept well every evening. The staff we did encounter was all very friendly. Only downsides were the washer was broken and was not told ahead of time and the beds could use some updating. Overall our stay was great and would definately return!

Fell short

Great location! The condo unfortunately wasn’t as great as other reviews mentioned. The elevator had a plywood floor that was soggy, our condo floor was so dirty that our kids (crawling) legs were black in minutes, and the washing machine was broken with no advance warning. Going to the laundromat wasn’t on my list of vacation activities.

Comfort, Beauty and Style Wrapped in One

This beautiful condo had everything we needed with two spacious bedrooms, two bathrooms and a full kitchen. The large living room and dining are were great for meal time and games. The decor is beautiful and added to the feel of our vacation. The girls loved the pool. I loved the quiet mornings on the balcony enjoying the ocean view. It was a great vacation and I would pick this unit over and over again!

Cozy Beach Oasis

This condo is amazing! We appreciated the updated finishes, and fun beachy decor. The ocean view from the balcony is beautiful and the perfect ambiance for morning coffee or an evening drink. There was plenty of space for hanging out, extra places to sleep, and the kitchen had everything we needed during our stay. The beach access is perfect, it really doesn't get any closer or better than this condo. There are little details and finishing touches that make this condo special. We highly recommend it, and plan to return!

I paid for room service I never got along with sleep past my usual six o’clock in the morning due to mass construction on the whole building and from my personal experience if OSHA would seen that site nobody would’ve been allowed to rent a room there for paints fumes a whole in the elevator floor all the railing basically just taped on there the only thing I did like was the beach so in short I’ll not recommend the Vrbo app or the Vacasa renters or the seacrest hotel that I stayed at I’m not sure of who is to blame for me not being aware of what was going on before I came down there but it royally pissed me off and I hope everybody that can read finds my comments.

You thought of everything!

The condo was beautifully decorated and clean. Each room included so many little extras that it felt like we were at home! You truly thought of everything: extra blankets, fans, everything you could every need in the kitchen, a wagon to travel to the beach, board games... The check in process was easy, the beach was beautiful and quiet. It truly was a lovely experience.
