Most Amazing Rental..

Everything about this rental was Amazing! The location is right by everything you would need grocery store, liquor store, restaraunts. The people at the front desk when arriving had everything ready, very helpful and friendly. The condo exceeded our expectations. Everything is as described and pictures online is exactly how it looks. It was extremely clean, decorated perfectly, has everything you need to cook all your meal, lots of pools to enjoy.

Loved It!!

This is our second visit to Waterscapes and this unit was awesome! Extremely clean, well stocked and nicely decorated. Outdoor furniture was very quality. Very comfortable. Will definitely stay again. My only concern was about the complex itself and not the unit - I would prefer that kids under 18 are not allowed in the hot tubs. With the lazy river and pools designed for kids, the hot tubs should be reserved for adults only. We were in one and about 12 kids under the age of 13 were in there throwing cans and water bottles, splashing water, etc. Parents no where in sight. Very disappointing.

Amazing stay!

We had a lovely time! The condo was spacious and the interior design fits well with the beach theme. We were able to cook our meals flawlessly because the kitchen is stocked with utensils and had a large fridge. The rental is also family-friendly. Our toddler loved the pool and walking along the shore, which was our family favorite! The location is also perfect to visit other places like the Gulfarium and the Gator Beach. Overall an amazing experience and a great location to stay and unwind!

Best unit at Waterscape!

This highly sought out unit was the perfect getaway for my birthday weekend. I was simply delighted to snag it when it came open. The interior is simply the most beautiful decor and clearly designed by a professional. It easily sleeps 8 even though we only had 3. The beds were super comfortable. I enjoyed my nights sitting on the balcony in the rocking chairs and enjoying the scenery. It’s located just adjacent to an elevator which made it very convenient. The unit was super clean with everything we could possibly need. I have stayed at Waterscape before, but this is definitely my favorite unit, I will be booking again in the near future.

Great Unit, Fun Week

A314 is a wonderful unit. The good far outweigh the bad, but I'll mention those quickly. The Main Bedroom mattress is ready to be replaced. The water pressure stinks and the view is slowly becoming obscured by the palms. Other than that, the place is great, and I will certainly consider A314 in the future!

GORGEOUS CONDO!!

This condo is gorgeous! It looks like it jumped out of a design magazine. We were so impressed with the decor, simply beautiful; but comfortable too. The location overlooks all the pools and you can see a bit of the ocean too. 2 bedrooms with king beds and large TV's, and a bunk room that is adorable too. The checkin process was so easy, it was like we were going to our own place. The communication was wonderful, great customer service. The only bummer was the fire alarm (LOUD) went off one night, and it was terrible, we went out to the garage to try to escape the sound, and then we had some kids knocking on our door and running one night- we couldn't catch the little brats! :) None of this was the managements fault. We would stay here again in a heart beat!! Thank you!

Wonderful stay

Beautiful Professionally Decorated Condo

This is by far the most beautifully decorated condo I’ve seen at Waterscape, and I’ve probably looked at 50 of them. It is super convenient to the elevator without the noise of elevator traffic. It also comes with beach service, which not every unit offers. I also really enjoyed the patio furniture for my morning coffee. If I had to find anything to critique, it would be that there is only one skillet for cooking. We were able to make due, but cooking one thing at a time prob won’t be super convenient for a larger family. Also, if you’re driving, bring extra pillows. If you’re flying, there are not any extra pillows to spare.

Beautiful Stay, Improve Cleaning

We absolutely loved our stay at Waterscape in this unit. It was decorated beautifully, and we felt very much “at home.” The ONLY downfall we ran into was the cleanliness. My two young sons found a dirty sock underneath one bed, and while playing in the bunk room, they found some old Cheetos stashed away under the mattresses. I was just disappointed for the value of money we paid in cleaning fees, I expected top notch. Needless to say, we would still go back and stay in this unit. It is located perfectly in between the pool areas with the elevator right around the corner.

Enjoyable

Our family enjoyed this property. We stay in April 2021. The heated pool was quite nice to have during this cooler season. The hot tub was pretty popular as well. Only one of them was consistently open. The condo was in a good central location on the property. We parked on the first floor and quickly took the elevator up. We enjoyed the beach service. The food option was pricey and underwhelming. However, we would stay here again.

Love this condo

This condo is nicely decorated and is right next to the elevator and stairs which is convenient. The bunk room had a tv in it which my kids loved. I would chose to stay in this condo again.
