Hate to be that guy. It's a nice enough place. Well appointed, good comfortable beds. Great view, terrific balcony the pool was packed both days with kids and families. It's the little things. The door jamb as you enter looks cruddy and that's the first impression. The tile floors are dated and no matter how clean they are, the grout looks dirty. Am I being tough? Maybe. I dropped 900 for two nights for a place that had a near perfect rating. It's not near perfect, it's very nice. The location and view of the ocean are terrific. The management company was very competent. I have a responsibility to everyone who reads this not to be an "Easy A". For 900 for two nights my expectation is and will be to get a spectacular condo that doesn't fall short in any area. I expect you to be equally discerning in your reviews.

Building is older. I could tell by pictures that it wasn’t brand new which is fine. Condo is large and we loved the space we had. The kids having their own room with a double bed vs hallway bunks was perfect. The view is great as well! Check in was easy. We were sent the code and the parking was great for this room. We were right by the stairs & elevator and then it a straight shot up. We had issues with the AC day one. We noticed it wouldn’t cool down below 77. We left it alone and hoped that when night fell it would cool off. It never did. I messaged the host and was told maintenance would be out and we could go about our day. The first guy came and seemed clueless and we did have to let him in and out. Problem not solved. Text the host and they said they’d work on. No resolution that night, and the next day I still hadn’t heard anything, so I text. We are 3 days in with no AC and an asthmatic child. I messaged and said we still had no AC and explained the situation with our child and said I deserved a partial refund at this point. They finally sent a proper tech out. Unit needed replaced. We ended up with AC the last night but the rest of our stay was hot and impossible to sleep. Dishwasher was disgusting with food down in the bottom. Floors felt sandy upon arrival. We just swept and cleaned everything up ourselves. Sheets in master wouldn’t stay on the bed, just a bad fit.
