This 3 bedroom/2 bathroom property includes: A fully stocked kitchen for preparing meals, a separate dining area with seating for six, and a large breakfast bar. A living area with floor-to-ceiling sliders that provide direct beach views, a 55" TV, a queen size sleeper sofa for extra guests, and a private balcony. A master bedroom with a king size bed, private bathroom, 32" Flat screen TV/DVD player, and sliding glass doors to the balcony. A second bedroom includes two queen size beds, a 19" TV, and access to the shared hallway bathroom. A third bedroom has twin-sized bunk beds with a door for privacy. We have a pontoon boat that is rented exclusively to our guests. The boat needs to be reserved at least 24 hours in advance. The boat launches out of The Fort Walton Beach Yacht Basin.
