The condo needs a update the living room furniture was very old and ugly the same bath needs a whole redo I will not rent this unit again. The supplies and kitchen very nice Master was good.

Great Location But Needs Updates!
Location was perfect, love Gulf Dunes! All beds, laundry, and stove need updating! Floors need a deep clean!

We sincerely apologize about the floors, and have spoken to the cleaning staff about the issue to ensure it does not happen again. We did send over cleaning staff to redo the floors once we got the initial complaint. We will also look into the appliances, as well.

This was a great place, would definitely stay here again! Perfect location and an amazing view!
We stayed for Labor Day weekend and had an amazing time. We all had room for all of us (10) and the balcony was even perfect we watched to sun rise and set on the beach everyday and slept so peaceful on all the beds.

Family getaway
We really enjoyed our stay. The location is quiet and Destin is only a short drive away. The condo was really nice. We only had a couple of issues I communicated to the host. We also got to see two sets of fireworks which was awesome. The one thing we were disappointed about was the June grass was still around at the end of July so the water was not clear. Other than that we had a great time.

Short but fun
We had a limited time we could vacay and were happy to find and book our stay here. Convenient to all the local amenities and limited traffic. We enjoyed the beach, the tennis courts, and the pool. The condo was furnished nicely and had everything we needed for a fun-filled few days away.

Awesome place!
The location is amazing! Loved that we had a covered parking spot.. the place was super nice and clean! Loved all the beach towels they supply, and the 2 chairs/umbrella on the beach that you get everyday with the room! Anytime we reached out for questions, we got fast responses! Our family had a great vacation stay!

Beautiful and good location
You can mark all the check boxes for good location, beach front with nice view, good customer service, best water pressure for shower. Best location to view fireworks from the boardwalk nearby every Wednesday night. Only minor set back is the internet on Wi-Fi keep dropping required me to reset it all the time. The modem/router need to be replaced

Loved our location, it was conveniently located away from busy traffic so it was quiet.

See everything going on on the beach. Perfect spot on FWB. Short ride to the boardwalk. Everybody had fun on this trip. Will be coming back here next year!

Everything was as advertised, we did have problems with the internet and tv at some point but it was the holiday and hard to call the company to resolve. The management company came out and did what they could to help.

Perfect Girls Trip
My husband booked the condo to surprise me and 5 of my friends for a girls trip to celebrate my 40th bday. We had a great time. The owner was quick to answer all of my questions before arriving. The condo sleeps 10 and there were 6 us, definitely would be a tight fit for 10 adults. The bunk area is very small, fits the bunk bed and a nightstand and their luggage had to be placed in another area. The other 2 bedrooms were a great size. The sliders were very difficult to open but were fixed the 2nd day of our stay (someone came in while we were away and I was not notified someone would be coming). The shower liner was extremely dirty with tons of mold on it, but I called and someone came to replace it within 20 mins. The ceiling light in the bunk area went out and there was no other source of light so I called to have the bulb replaced and no one came, so we took a light bulb out of a lamp from the living room and replaced it ourselves. There should definitely be another lock or latch placed on the front door, I think that would definitely make people feel a little safer, especially if children are present. The view from the balcony is amazing! The location is close to everything, including the parking spot and walkway to the beach. I would definitely recommend the condo and would stay here again. Thanks!

Perfect Location!
Condo clean and as promised and described. One of the mattresses in the (2) double bedroom is overdue for replacement. 1 night there was a loud party going on below but management did intervene and we had no further trouble.

Nice for the price
The quality of the u it was what we expected. The building is old so some of the amenities could use some updating. The elevators are super slow and 90 degrees. The pools are very small. The sliding glass doors are extremely heavy and took two people to open and close. Upon arrival we had to call maintenance about the dishwasher and the toilet. And the washer water hookups were on backward so when we thought we were washing in hot, it was actually cold. Beds were extremely comfortable and the included beach service was an unexpected perk.

Breath taking
We had so much fun on the beach and the surrounding area. The sun rise and sun sets were stunning! Definitely would love to return. Only negative comment is minor...shower curtains in both baths need cleaned or replaced. And I have to agree with other guests a deadbolt or latch inside would be comforting if you have little children.
