This three-bedroom, two-bath condominium is the perfect addition to your next beach vacation. With a king-sized bed in the master bedroom, a queen-sized bed in the guest bedroom, a twin bunk in the bunk room, and a sofa sleeper in the living room, unit 310 sleeps up to eight guests comfortably. This quaint home away from home features homey décor throughout and has incredible views of the pool area and the breathtaking Gulf of Mexico from your own private balcony that allows for relaxing evenings watching the sunsets. The balcony is accessed from both the living room and master bedroom. Upon entering, you will find the bunk room immediately on your right, with the guest bathroom and queen bedroom on your left. The guest bathroom includes a single vanity along with a tub/shower combination. The short hallway leads to the fully-equipped kitchen, dining room area, and living room. The large kitchen has stainless steel appliances and perfectly equipt for all your entertaining needs. Also available is the stackable washer and dryer combination, for your convenience. The master bedroom is located directly next to the living room and leads to the master bath, boasting plenty of closet space along with double vanity, a large walk-in shower, and a separate garden tub, perfect for relaxing the evening away. Step out onto the large balcony and watch for the dolphins and listen to the waves crash on the sandy white beaches below.
Waters’ Edge Condominium is a gorgeous beachfront property, just steps away from the sugar-white sand and crystal-clear emerald waters of Okaloosa Island. Enjoy the huge 5,000 sq. ft. gulf-side pool, the exercise room, and the separate grilling and picnic area. There is also a private beach boardwalk leading directly to the sand.
Waters’ Edge Condominium is located on Okaloosa Island, just a short walk or drives to an array of local attractions and restaurants. It is just 1.6 miles from the Okaloosa Island Pier, the Gulfarium Marine and Adventure Park, the Emerald Coast Convention Center, and Wild Willy’s Adventure Zone. Enjoy popular local restaurants found on Okaloosa Island, including The Gulf, Anglers, Rockin’ Tacos and the Crab Trap. Waters’ Edge is also just 7.5 miles from the adventures and culture of Destin. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
