“The room was very clean and for the price it exceeded my expectations. The staff was friendly and helpful. They can use an extra person to check in during holidays. My check in lasted at least 30+ minutes. There are key pads to get to elevators and rooms. Overall, id go back. It's off the beaten path but close enough to drive.”

“Simone and all the staff were so friendly and amazingly helpful. We had our 2 little dogs with us and the room was perfect. Nice and big and it was very clean. Coffee in the morning was delicious as well. Nice big area to walk the dogs too. Great place to stay with animals. 😊”

“Excellent and very clean property. My only issue was finding front desk staff. It was hit or miss whether or not anyone would be around. We wanted to buy some items amd we waited so we could pay and after about 15 to 20 minutes, we gave up. The room was excellent and the breakfast was spot on.”

“If you can stay somewhere else, do! My room, while "upgraded" to a double king, was not only filthy but also smelled so weird that I had to hand-clean and spray down everything myself multiple times throughout my 10-day stay. There was no dresser for clothing, the refrigerator/freezer was iced over completely (they replaced it), and multiple surfaces contained mold or other stains. The staff was quite often missing wjen needed. All in all, quite awful.”

“The room was available at a cheap price so you only get which you pay for. Basically I can’t really complain because of the price, but the furniture was old and stained. The beds were not comfortable. There was water on the floor in between the beds why I don’t know the toilet would not blush for a very long time. I had to keep flushing, although check-in was quick and service was good. I guess not too much not too little type of service but overall the only time I would ever stay here again is……

“The staff was friendly, kind, and very helpful throughout our stay. The hotel is in a great location, close to the beach, restaurants, and plenty of stores, which was very convenient. However, there were a few issues. The elevator was out of service, which made carrying luggage up and down the stairs difficult. The lobby was very clean, smelled fresh, and the air conditioning worked great there. Unfortunately, our room was a different experience. When we first arrived, it smelled like……

“Prepare your to be changed for $50 dls each day “like deposit “ but they didn’t return your money, yeah, so, how many days they took to see the room if you left at the same condition that you check in , really!!! They still my money this pissed me off…”

“Usually linens are included with cabin stays elsewhere but here you have linens in your room but are charged $20 for the linens bring there. WiFi was very slow. Nice staff and easy to get in and out of location.”

“Upon arrival, I heard a guest complaining about a wet smell in her room and she was asking for a new room. I heard someone in the back behind the desk yell yeah it’s wet because of the humidity outside. he just said it in a really nasty tone and that was my first impression. While checking in, I was given an exhaustive list of rules in a monotone voice by a girl that included no dogs no cooking and on and on. If you don’t follow the rules like being out of the pool on time we have a right to……
