“Very very bad experience with high room rate. First day check in the radiator was malfunction, then the manager offered a dusty and dirty portable heater. The hair dryer also occasionally out of order. The second day the room was cleaned with used towels left and room and floor was not cleaned. The third day no cleansing and also NO hot water supply. “Lovely B&B in a converted 1890 building with incredible views over the loch and surrounding hills. Claire and the staff were welcoming, really helpful and knowledgeable about local affairs.
