“The hotel itself was a nice experience. However, I was off put by lack of parking. It’s located on a busy street, the only attached garages are meant for residents in the apartments, meaning you have to valet. Not ideal for everyone. Also charging $200 for incidentals up front seemed odd. I’ve stayed at many luxury hotels and have always simply needed to have a card on file to be charged in case of. Not charged upfront. It’s not ideal being out an extra $200 while traveling but okay.”

“Very cool artsy hotel. It’s walking distance to Dickie’s Arena. The hotel bar was awesome as well.”

“Room had spiders and centipedes sheets were never changed. Stayed for a week no towels run out of toilet paper and said $10 a night for a vehicle they charge me 717 Expedia ad said 10 staff not very helpful at resolving any problems stay clear.”

“Clean, spacious rooms. Decent breakfast options for free breakfast. Staff was friendly and helpful. Only downside was lots of wind causing the pool to be dirty but not the fault of the hotel.”

“I wish they had free WiFi and also the small refrigerator actually got cold and they had free water so we can actually use the coffee machine and not charge 2 dollars for a small water”

“First time staying here. We arrived for a concert nearby at the Dickies Arena. Everything was in walking distance so we really enjoyed that. We will be back. Thank you.”

“The room was fine and the staff were very helpful but the ice machine on our floor was out of order, the one available elevator was very slow and the pool was closed for our whole visit. The location was excellent, however—-very close to the cultural district and a lovely walking trail.”

“The room and bathroom was clean which was nice. There was no extra blankets or pillows and no sign of the remote for the TV. The coffee bar across from our room had no regular coffee pods and according to the sign on the counter, there was supposed to be creamer in the refrigerator. However, there was absolutely no creamer in the fridge or even any powdered creamer. I spoke to the lady at the front desk and all she could do was offer an excuse that a previous guest had taken the creamer. ……

“Had a great 4 night stay.very safe and quiet neighborhood with restaurants and bars within walking distance. Very clean rooms with good coffee and breakfast. Hosts responded very quickly and helped us when our airline lost a suitcase. Would definitely book here again.”

“The place was amazing! From the approach to finally opening the door it was amazing. We had only a one night stay-cation but everything was amazing and everything worked! If had a critique it would be on the booking confirmation process. We didn’t get the room and access info until after 4pm on the day of check in. Luckily, once we pulled up, we had all the info to access. I guess not knowing and there not being a lobby/ front desk made it a bit more stress. But besides that we loved it. We will……
