Patio, garden furniture. In the house: heating to be paid on the spot (01.Nov. - 15.Apr.), heating available only from 01.Nov. - 15.Apr., bicycles available (extra). Linen change weekly. House maid 2 times per week (included). Parking on the premises, public parking 80 m on the road. Parking space or garage only for small to medium-sized cars. Grocery 50 m, restaurant, bar, bus stop 200 m, railway station "Querceta - Forte dei Marmi" 2.5 km, ferry "Viareggio" 16 km.
