「Have bus stop right in front the hotel door, you can take bus to every corner of Roma if you have bought a Roma pass.
I reserve a Deluxe room, which is clean, and the space is excellent. I like the wash room very much, shower is perfect.
Staff are very helpful, I made some mistake on booking date, they help me change that, with no extra cost! They also provide useful information if you ask.
Just one little setback, the hotel is located at little distance from the central city, like 15mins...

「We really enjoyed our stay at Xenia guest house. The rooms were perfectly clean and all of the staff were super friendly. The location was ideal for walking to all of the sites, but it was also very easy to hop on a bus, train, or taxi right outside the property. We will definitely be back on our next trip to Rome!」

「We had a lovely stay at this hotel in Rome. The location was very convenient, making it easy to explore the city and enjoy the beautiful sights, restaurants, and atmosphere that Rome has to offer. 「Mini supermarket across the small piazza was very handy. Taxi rank, bus stop and tram stop outside. Room was lovely and in excellent condition.
I didn't use the breakfast items but enjoyed the cookies with a coffee after dinner.
Walk to many cafes and trattorias and to the historic part of Rome.
