「The room was spacious, clean, and modern. But check-in was terrible. We rang the bell to the front door for several minutes, with no answer. Only by calling the number provided by Expedia did we reach someone who remotely opened the door and gave us instructions to our room. These instructions had not been communicated to us in advance.」

「Accueil exceptionnel, informations obtenues lors de notre arrivée ont été très utiles Endroits où manger à bon prix , références touristiques etc. Très bien localisé , plus près du Colisée et toutes nos visites se sont tous fait à pieds ( Fontaine de Trévi, Vatican , musées,Spanish steps ect.) Accessible sans compter la belle terrasse sur le toit très bien aménagée. Chambre très confortable et propre nous avions la suite . Nous y retournerons sans hésiter. 「Absolutely wonderful stay! The location was perfect with walking distance to all, and around the corner from Largo Argentina. The room was very stylish and huge! Spotless and equipped with all amenities, and what truly made this place special was the hostess! She is the nicest person, so caring, thoughtful, and genuinely invested in her guests. Ursula went above and beyond in every way and made us feel incredibly welcome from the moment we arrived. This place is truly a jam! Highly recommended.」

「We really enjoyed our stay at Xenia guest house. The rooms were perfectly clean and all of the staff were super friendly. The location was ideal for walking to all of the sites, but it was also very easy to hop on a bus, train, or taxi right outside the property. We will definitely be back on our next trip to Rome!」

「Have bus stop right in front the hotel door, you can take bus to every corner of Roma if you have bought a Roma pass. I reserve a Deluxe room, which is clean, and the space is excellent. I like the wash room very much, shower is perfect. Staff are very helpful, I made some mistake on booking date, they help me change that, with no extra cost! They also provide useful information if you ask. Just one little setback, the hotel is located at little distance from the central city, like 15mins...

「The guest house was small and intimate. The staff of one, Clara, was exceptional: friendly, helpful, efficient, accommodating. The room was comfortable and quiet. The location was close to shopping, restaurants, transportation, and many key points of interest: Colosseum, Vatican, Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, and many others. Warning: Do not rely on Google Maps for directions. We got hopelessly lost four times in ten days in 95 degree heat. Get good directions from locals who are well...

「We enjoyed our stay! Breakfast on the rooftop terrace was our favorite thing. The cons: our room was fairly small and you had to step up another level to get into the bathroom. Because of this, in the middle of the night, my husband fell and cut his arm badly. The staff was very nice though, and tried to take care of the cut. It was hard to find the doors Into the hotel and the doors out of the hotel if that makes sense.」

「Walkable to many tourist spots with a cafe 1 meter from the front door. The dome ceiling in one of the bedrooms was reminiscent of Ancient Rome, unfortunately so was the door going into it (under 6-foot clearance and I’m over 6’ tall!) 😂 This is an apartment with no staff on-hand, but they are immediately available via WhatsApp. Only inconvenience was storing luggage 20 minutes away without a courtesy vehicle to bring it. 」
